Description: Tiger Frogs are the most feral predators of Runeterra, omnivorous and cunning, they totally ruling the swamps. Well, they were, before three dreadliest natural disasters: the Grand Draught, the Void Rift, and Rengar. Only the strongest, the fastest and most sly survived. Meet Lilian.

Looks: Green, with stripes like watermelon. 1.5 yordle.

Passive: FOOD CHAIN Whenever Lilian kills enemy, he gets 5% of victim's max hp as Darwin points. Darwin points are stable until hp bar reaches 0. DP then act instead of HP. DP do not regenerate, cannot be lifestealed, healed or gained from spells. DP can still be collected via natural means. When lilian gets to nexus, HP bar comes back.

Q- Pew-Pew Pew-pew relates to Lilian's genetic ability to spit on inferior beings. Has 6 charges. Charges can be refreshed in the river or Home Nexus.

single q - shots a projectile,which grants 1 second slow, applies 5 magic penetration per stack. 6 stacks max. Every consecutive headshot deals +50 damage. Stacks are lost, if enemy was not hit last 20 seconds. Single Q does double damage if shot at point blank.

hold q for 1,5 secs- shots a wave doing Qx2 damage to enemies. 3 charges are used. Being hit counts as one instance.

Hold q for 3 secs- shots a waterball doing qx3 damage to enemies. Stuns for 1.5 sec. 6 charges are used. Being hit counts as one instance.

Lilian shots his tongue to enemy in a straight line. Ability ends, when first unit is hit. If enemy is hit in the back, he travels small distance back. Seems fair.

E - Tiger

Toying with metabolism, Lilian activates his predator mode, becoming red and yellow colored, rising his sharp senses and spreading unfriendly toxins.

Bonus Cooldown reduction +15%20%25%30%35% duration 15 secs. cooldown 40 secs (bonus cooldown reduction not appliable)

Hitting,Being close to, and get hit by applies tiger poison as 1/2/3 instances per second. 20 magical damage per second, 5 seconds. Stacks indefenitely.

R- Face to Face

Lilian jumps up being untargetable for 1.5 sec. If he lands on enemy champion, he will mount it, dealing usual damage per hit. 3 hits are required to throw him away. No damage will be received though, until he is dismounted. Using Q,W,E while mounted will not interrupt basic attacks. 3 hits/4/5
