A new item concept

Hi guys, I'm zKyonn and I like to think about balancement changes and new champions / items! Today I'll bring you a new crit item that I would like the name to be "Ninja's Blade" Ninja's Blade - Cost: 2600g Build path: Zeal + Kircheis Shard + 800g Stats: 35% attack speed 25% critical strike chance 5% movement speed UNIQUE Passive: Moving and attacking generates Energize charges, up to 100. When fully charged, your next basic attack gains Ninja's Target. UNIQUE - Ninja's Target: Your next basic attack deals 80-200 magic damage and mark a target for 5 seconds. When you attack a marked target, your critical strikes deal 15% additional magic damage to this marked target and grant you 10% movement speed for 3 seconds. (Up to 2 marked targets at the same time) (When the effect ends up, this target will enter into cooldown for 40-5 seconds, scaling with your attack speed (your base attack speed - 2.50AS))
