Lezra, the Tide's Adherent.

Screw lore for the moment, and the name's entirely random, someone mentioned water mage and it got me thinking. First draft.

Passive: Flow rider. Getting hit by a skillshot increases Lezra's movespeed for a short period of time.

Q: Bore Lezra sends a tidal bore in a targeted direction, dealing damage to all enemies it passes through. Upon reaching its maximum distance, the bore switches directions returning to its source in a straight line. If Lezra sidesteps the bore, it continues again to its maximum distance and returns again, repeating the process indefinitely until it manages to return to Lezra. Lezra can only have two tidal bores out at a time.

W: Surf. After activation, the next tidal bore that returns to Lezra will carry her a set distance before disappearing.

E: Red Sea. Passive: Whenever a tidal bore strikes an enemy, is drains a small amount of blood and begins to tint red. Whenever a tidal bore returns to Lezra, it heals a portion of the damage it dealt. Active: Lezra targets a bore and causes it to soak into the ground, creating a tidal flat. Enemies caught in its creation are rooted for a short time, and enemies walking in the area afterwards are heavily slowed.

R: Gravity well. Can only be activated if there are two tidal bores out. Lezra's tidal bores cease returning to her, instead circling at a set distance, dealing damage to any enemies that pass between her and a bore. Reactivating this skill decreases the distance between her and her bores, while pulling any enemies in the radius to her. Can be reactivated up to four times, with a two second cooldown between each use.

I am not feeling the passive. In order for her to use her passive, she has to get hit? No. And if she's going to be an AP mid, getting hit by skill shot can be quite fatal. Otherwise, if she properly plays she might as well not have a passive.

Q:So it's like a Lissandra Q+Ahri Q at the same time

I think this champion is a tad over complicated for the sake of complication. However, I do appreciate the water mage theme and would hope we get one eventually. Nami doesn't cut it since she's simply a utility support and Fizz is just an assassin that uses a trident.

One thing that feels odd to me: You dodge your Q to keep it going, but you try to get it by enemy skill shots... that's a lot of jukes!

It also sounds like it would be hard to target the Q's. Once you send it out, after you juke it would it continue to target the original position? If so that would be easy for the enemy to dodge it.

Just based solely on the Q's, this champion sounds more like a space theme to me - I picture planets orbiting around her or something, not water.

The kit isn't a bad idea, but it's all dependent on her Q which feels like it could use a bit more tweaking to me.
