Can we update some skin art here folks?!

Sivir DESPERATELY needs updated art on her skins. They are incredibly old and outdated compared to the newer art style. and the art does not accurately represent the skins. OTHER CHAMPS THAT NEED IT? Annie: Her older skins, and i'd love to see a rework of her older legendary skins. They have plenty of potential. I feel that we should either update the skin or do not label it as a legendary skin. AMUMU ORIANNA (these are the ones i have noticed myself that need attention, but feel free to comment a champ that needs it as well)
