Bring Back Omen

Omen is a very creative and unique champ that should be released. Here is the stats i made up that u could use and/or base his kit off of.

Passive:Lost Limb If Omen takes 100 or more damage, there will be a 55% chance of a spike droping close by,it can be picked up and 20% of health will be gained back.

Q:Bite Active- Omen bites select target enemy,slowing them, for 35 attack damage (+). Bite does extra damage for % health missing. Passive- If select enemy had been hit by Omen's Spike Barrage inthe last 5 seconds then Omen will gain 10% health back.

W:Spike Defence Omen delays for 1.5 seconds,puffing up, then shoots out big spikes in every direction, slowing all enemies hit, for 54 attack damage.

E:Spike Barrage Omen stands still and shoots his spikes in any direction for 5 seconds, damaging any enemy for 24 (+) attack damage for each spike.

R:Final Blow Passive- Omen gets 45 increased movement speed for each enemy champ he is able to kill with his ultimate (when ultimate is up). Active- Omen can only use ultimate on enemy champs that he can kill with it. Omen jumps on target enemy stabbing 2 spikes into enemy then bites their head.

P.S. Omen can be a melee tank champ that can play top, adc, and jungle. Omen auto attacks by slashing with his claws.
