Champion Idea: Ailish, the Illusionist

Hello everyone,

So, I have been playing League of Legends for about a month now, and I have a great idea for new mage character. I was thinking something like either a dream or illusion character perhaps?

Her powers should be something really cool because she has illusion. This is what I have. Names of powers listed below. Thanks.

Q- Its freezes opponents (duration to be determined) in place while taking a loss to health (amount of health is to be determined).

W- Ailish disappears from sight only to reappear behind her enemy. Her first attack after Invisibility is used grants a 30-40% increase based on level. However, using abilities while the mode is active breaks invisibility.

E- Ailish unleashes a barrage of mystic knives that when hitting an enemy, restore Ailish's health with their own. Once hit, the person is stunned and silenced for 1 second.

Her Ult turns enemy minions against their team, while taking damage, and also casts silence on enemy champions and make them loose massive health for the duration of the ability (a surround attack). Champions that have been inflicted with fear would take additional damage and result in a stun.

Passive- Once Ailish's health hits 35% a stun hits her surrounding enemies (for a 1 or 2 second(s). Ailish gets a 10% movement increase (for 2.5 or 3.5 seconds) to ensure a clean getaway.

Ailish has long flowing blue hair, with a sparkling gold tiara that is set out nicely against her hair. Her eyes are a deep, dark purple that glimmers like amethysts.

Ailish has been orphaned for as long as she can remember. The image of the how it came to be is still burned into her mind. Although she was born in Ionia, her family decided it was best to raise her in the city of Noxus. The city where she found a quiet place to delve deeply into the forgotten arts of magic.

Ailish's rapid growth in magic caught the attention of several covens, gangs, and even the Black Rose. Although she felt she was safe, her true fate took it course. Upon returning home one night, she found her home set ablaze.

Before she was given the chance to investigate, or even feel, she was attacked by several spider-lings. She would have died had she not had devastating magics at her disposal. After the spiders were dead, she rushed from the city. She took nothing but the clothes on her back and her favorite spell-book. She traveled day and night until finally reaching, what she believed to be, a safe haven.

Once she was settled with a fire started and camp set, she collapsed in a pile of grief and misery and let the world fall away. The experience would have shaped her negatively had she not encountered a young, blonde man who, from what she believed, recently discovered a talisman.

He helped back onto her feet, but took particular notice in her magic abilities. He was quick to enlist her as a possible ruin and cave excavator. He led her to the city of Plitover, where she was determined to led a normal life. All the while plotting her revenge on those who lurk within the Black Rose, and any allies of them.

The two came to have a lasting friendship, but Ailish couldn't help but want a little more. But, she kept her feelings locked away, just like her past.
