Could Mecha Alistar ever be a thing?

I don't play much of , but I think he would be an excellent candidate for a mecha skin.

Pulverize - Mecha alistar smashes the ground with an emp effect emitting from the affected area.

Headbutt- Mecha alistar charges forward using thruster packs attached to his feet and/or back

Triumphant Roar- A green, project yi-esque aura emmits from M-Ali, healing teammates

Unbreakable Will- M-Ali gains an extra covering of armored plates (think Optimus Prime's facemask) and buffs himself. His body also changes color and emits steam (signifying some form of overloading systems)
