Why don't you make a free name change only once?

Why don't you make a free name change to all players once and then after we changed our name we must buy it for 13,900 IP,it would be good for all the players,Some people when they started to play League of Legends they just wrote a name and after that understand how to play and they like the game,they want to change it and it costs a lot of IP,If you will give us to change our name only once it will be fine and maybe other people will like it,I sure a lot of people want to change their name and me also.
