I am already aware many people made a "ruined king" concept as a champion. However I decided to make my own concept on how this king would fit the game, the lore, even the item named after him. And I for sure as heck know everyone else knows about this king's lore. Like come on it's the basis of the shadow isles. Now time for his kit.

Lane: Top Damage: AD, SW (I will explain this new damage type) Role: Bruiser

Passive - Withered Blade First part Thoran's blade has a new damage type as bonus damage, called "Soul Wound," Which is reduced by both armor and magic resistance, however, temporarily decreases an enemy champion's armor and magic resist up to 5 stacks, scaling from 10%-50% of the enemy champion's armor and magic resist for 3 seconds since the last strike. However, the bonus damage only applies to the enemy champion's original armor and magic resist value, the attack damage value does deal more damaged to the afflicted enemy champions. Soul wound scales with Lifesteal. Second part: Thoran can change weapon arts to basic auto attacks, or he can switch to "Broken Man's stance," which reduces his movement speed by 20% and gives him a fixed attack speed.,but makes gives him bonus range, and makes him leap to the target enemy a fixed distance (radius of range and distance of leap is scaled by attack speed in this stance). You can switch between the two stances by simply clicking the passive's icon, or by clicking CTRL + 5.

Q - Defiled Dread Thoran leaps in the air and slams his blade at the ground, dealing damage in a circular area, damaging and slowing enemies in the range. An aftershock with occur in a straight line, protruding in the direction that thoran leaped, starting from where he landed, sending a shockwave of black mist across the ground, also dealing damage. Thoran can recast immediately after landing, preventing him from moving for one second, while swinging his sword out in a circular range (much larger than the slam area), knocking enemies back a short fixed distance from him while dealing damage. If Thoran's ult is active, the aftershock range is larger and longer, and also applies a slow, and the recast has an outer range that applies "Soul Wound" damage instead of attack damage. (also has a different special effect)

W - Dying Thrust Thoran winds up for 1.7 seconds, pulling enemies in front of him toward him a small fixed distance during the windup. After charging up, Thoran thrusts his blade forward, dealing damage in a straight line. If his ultimate is active, the thrust fires a spiral of mystic light in a straight line, damaging and applies grievous wounds for 5 seconds to enemies hit.

E - Death's Ward While holding down the key, Thoran saps 1% of his total mana each second during the time the key is held down. While the key is held down, Thoran holds his cloak of black mist in front of him as a shield, blocking incoming attacks to an extent, he still takes 25% of the damage from the attacks he takes during this state, however doesn't recieve effects from the attacks such as slows, stuns, and so on. Thoran's movement speed is reduced by half while in this state, and cannot attack or use any other ability during this. Once the key is released, Thoran knocks back opponents in front of him with his cape, but doesn't deal any damage. If his ultimate is up, the shockwave does inflict a small amount of damage, increasing by how many attacks he has taken during this ability.

R - "By My Dying Breath" On cast, Thoran is has the odds against him, but also his opponents. Over 15-25 seconds, he gradually loses his max health over time and cannot heal or regeneration during then. Dealing damage increases the duration, taking damage quickens death's clock, but doesn't take damage from opponents quite literally, instead it accelerates the time he has left. If Thoran were to run out of time, he does in fact die. However, in exchange, The Ruined Blade he wields begins radiating with the blessed power from the isles before its demise. Thoran gains 1.5x - 2x more damage (based on level) and new effects to his abilities. If Thoran kills an enemy champion before the duration expires, Thoran lives, but also cancels the buff from the ultimate.
