Zilean ult change

Let me start by saying I haven't ever visited the forms (posting or reading). I have been playing since Lee sin release before lcs was a thing.

Zilean ult- I have and seen many people complain about Zil ult thousands of times. I got to thinking how to change it. First it needs to be a skill shot. Point and click is to strong for an ability like this. So, I think casting it like a Xerath ult (maybe still can move) but it also carrys a bomb with it. Then it could be effect by the CD reduction from his other ability because it would be used offensively and would be on CD most times when needed to save someone. If that seems weak the ult bomb could also work like urgot ult and could execute.
