Champion Moveset Concept
So I thought of a champion's moveset that would work super well. It is a strong utility support that isn't big on dealing damage but can augment his allies very well.
Passive: "X's" spells become stronger at ranks 3 and 5. Ability Power and Attack Damage is reduced by 15%.
Q: "X" launches a skill shot in a target direction, dealing magic damage. At rank 3, it slows on impact. At rank 5, it hits in an area around the impact. A zone is left behind that increases his allies' movement speed by 25% for 2.5 seconds after entry. (Only obtainable once per cast.)
W: "X" shields a targeted ally, preventing everything except health/mana regeneration on them for 0.5/0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9 seconds. The ally can not cast abilities or attack during this time. At rank 3, the ally also gains a movement speed buff for 1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds. At rank 5, the ally can cast abilities during the duration.
E: "X" chants a battle song, giving allies near him +5/10/15/20/25 Base health regen passively. At rank 3, the area is increased by 25%. At rank 5, the area is further increased by 25%, and allies gain 30 armor and magic resist as well.
R: "X" buffs a target ally minion, monster, or pet, having them take 40/50/60% less damage from all sources, giving them 25% more health, armor, magic resist, and movement speed for 30/45/60 seconds. Super minions and cannon minions do not get the % reduction on towers. At rank 3, the minion deals 25% of its damage as true damage, and it can be cast on super minions.
