I'm really not sure where to start, or how to phrase this so I'm giving it my best shot!

Let's talk about previous changes to Ashe. She can't crit normally anymore, instead every attack on the same target after the first attack is given bonus damage, the bonus increasing based on how much crit she has. That being said, the new mastery Warlords' Bloodlust says that "crits heal for 15% of the damage dealt and grants 20% attack speed" My question is, how does this affect Ashe, the always but never actually crit Queen. Will she ALWAYS be proc'ing this mastery, or NEVER?

They nerfed it knowing this would happen

Ashe will proc Warlord's Bloodlust like anyone building crit, randomly.

When Ashe hits a Frosted enemy, it still does bonus damage but is no longer counted as crit. She can "crit" now but it doesn't deal any increased damage and instead doubles the slow of her passive.

I'm assuming the Keystone is the reason they changed Ashe's bonus damage from crit to just bonus damage.
