Deen, the magical bowman
This champion was designed for my friend and I hope that she will like this one (because I worked on it for like 20 days)
Passive: Dark hex Deen cannot buy items that give critical strike chance. In exchange, his basic attacks deal 2% (plus 0,5% per level) bonus magic damage.
Q: Arcane quiver Deen draws enchanted arrow from his quiver, making his next basic attack strike three times. The first strike deals 100% maximum ad as physical damage (plus 8% of the target's current health as magic damage), the second strike deals 60% of the first strike as physical damage and the third strike deals 80% of the second strike as magical damage.
W: Scout's agility Deen dashes to the cursor location up to 450 tiles, dealing 25 (plus 15 per level) magic damage. If Deen hits an enemy champion with Scout's agility, he gains 15% increased movement speed for 2 seconds (increased by number of enemy champions hit, up to 7 seconds). If Deen crosses terrain with Scout's agility, the cooldown of this ability is extended by 2 seconds.
E: Passive: Deen has 10% increased movement speed and attack speed in combat (plus 5% per level of this ability) Active: Deen becomes a melee champion for the next 4 seconds (plus 1,2 seconds per level of this ability), gaining 30% increased attack speed and his basic attacks deal 20% increased damage (plus 2% per level of this ability) for the duration.
R: Might of the enchanter Deen enchants the area around him for 5 seconds (plus 0,5 seconds per level of this ability), giving allies within the area 15% increased movement speed, 10% increased healing and heals them for 5% of their missing health.
Deen can upgrade this ability two times additionally. Once for 750 gold and the second time for 1550 gold. The first upgrade makes the Might of the enchanter give all allies within 10% increased ability power and attack damage The second upgrade slows all enemies who step inside by 20% and lowers ALL OF THEIR STATS by 10%. giving them randomly to Deen and his allies who are in the area of Might of the enchanter.

Deen is a marksman with fairly high mobility and low cooldowns, but he relies heavily on his stat boosts and attack speed, since he cannot buy items like zeal. Items and/or abilities that lower the enemy's attack speed are very powerful against him. Also, even if he is a makrsman and deals some of physical damage, do not get fooled. Alot of his damage is magical, so building armor might not be as efficient as you think it might be. When fighting against Deen, be careful of teamfighting and try to fight him alone with one or more of your teammates, since he empowers all his allies in clustered teamfights, making it very difficult to win it. Deen is very dangerous if paired with champions with heavy cc like Nautilus and Morgana, since he can make use of his single target damage and kill you in matter of seconds. Try to engage on him with a teammate that has high burst in their kit, because he is very vulnerable to quick burst of damage. Deen is very powerful solo laner which can melt tanky champions surprisingly quickly, making him feel unpleasant to play against on top lane.
