Henchman that GP deserves.
C'mon now, we need a Bilgewater champion who would be Gangplanks's henchman. Every bad guy needs his loyal thug to watch his back, right?

I don't think having a champ tied down/constricted by the identity of a separate champ is a good idea.
A hencham doesn't really fit what a "champion" is supposed to be - an extraordinary figure, someone who inspires fear or demands respect. Someone whose whole premise is that he is an underling seems like a bad idea for a champion.
