Shaco Skin Idea + Skin concept : Suprise Shaco

My friend was playing shaco and he said that he had two Shaco skins. Then we went on to talk about why there was no birthday party shaco, I mean it fits his champion really well. When he unstealths, he yells "SURPISE". Next I feel that Wild Card Shaco should randomly chose any shaco skin in the game, regardless if you own it. Just a new ideas I had on my mind.
