[Champion Concept] Klaris, the Sealed Voice
#Klaris, the Sealed Voice (WIP)
Role: Mage
Concept idea/info: A female mage who is wandering around Valoran, she wears a hood over her head and there is one magical glowing seal on both of her cheeks which reduces her power in normal state, but still allows her to use her power aka the shouts, just with reduced power. She can focus her voice/sound/shouts and this way she can attack in almost a straight line in front of herself. She is able to temporarily break her seals which allows her to enhance her shouts' power and to use her ultimate shout, the time of how long it lasts depends on her power too. Both her strength and weakness is terrain and walls, while her shouts are able to bounces off of walls, they cannot travel through them, basically making it impossible for her to even damage a champion through a wall, but for compensation she can play around by bouncing her sound/shouts off of walls making them travel further, and if a shout catches an enemy in a corner her shout can deal damage multiple times.
Her shouts are cone and considered as "projectile" skillshots, basically like Miss Fortune's ult just different width and range, except for W. These "cones" are separated into 5 part (for game mechanic reasons), if there is a very small, like a champion wide wall, the middle of the "cone" of the shout will bounces off, but the rest 2-2 will travel further. Simple example like Ashe's Volley
Lore: I'm not good at writing to come up with lores especially not with my English, so sorry but kinda unable to write one. She basically have the seals on her cheeks because when she was a child or very young, people had to seal her power as she couldn't control it. Since then she is able to control her voice and thankfully, because of her seal she can speak and even use her shouts, just not as powerful. The seal restrains her, and time to time she just have to literally "scream and shout and let it all out" **cough** , so she would join the League, so she could break her seal time to time to use her actual power and literally shout around at people.
Personality: The character itself is pretty cheeky while also being somewhat serious and sounding confident always. Apart when she uses her shouts she sounds rather calm and of course somewhere between cheeky and joking at people. Definitely not a Syndra or Lissandra type, neither a Jinx. Her basic voice is also rather soft sounding.

#Passive:
Motivation: Whenever Klaris shouts, she and her allies in range of her shouts gain +35/40/45/50 movement speed that decays over 1 seconds in addition Klaris is immune to silence.
Her shouts collides with terrain, making the sound/shout travel further and bounce off of terrain and walls up to two times. Each bounce off reduces travel range of shouts by 30% of the original range. Consecutive hits of shouts deal 50% less damage on the same target (can hit the same target maximum three times).
Explanation of passive: The motivation part of the passive, every time an allied champion is in range of a shout (basically being hit by the shout) gains additional, flat movement speed bonus which decays over 1 second.
Now the other part of the passive. I'll try to explain the best way I can with ESL... Her shouts are considered as projectiles. For example her Q shout, if aimed at a wall will bounce off of it and travel further until either reaches max range or bounces two more times. If a shout's range is 1000, and it bounces off of a wall it will travel further 700 unit (30% less from the original range) from the wall, if bounces off again, it will travel 400 units (60% less this time from the original range) from that point then ends. At first wherever the shout hits a wall either right in front of you or at the very end of the range it will bounce off and travel further 30% less of the original range and at the last second bounce again by 30% as if it would be 60% less of the original range. 1000-700-400 if both times hits a wall (if I assume it hits a wall both times at the very end of range) it travels 2100 unit in a zig-zag form, which might sound long, but it can't travel in straight way.
The direction of further bounces off goes as light would go aimed by mirrors, and not as sound would go, the champion in concept is able to control the shouts and her voice and aim/focus it at one point (in a thin cone) and not in a whole circle. The shouts' "projectile speed" is around Caitlyn's ult's projectile speed. She can move freely while "casting" her shouts, except for her ultimate shout.
#Q - "You Will Die!":
Klaris shouts at her enemies in a cone in front of her dealing 75/110/145/180/215 (+45% AP) magic damage to the first enemy champion and half to subsequent champions (minions take 150% damage). If the shout hits a marked target, it consumes the mark and this shout's recharge is halved and increases her movement speed by 20% that decays 1/1,25/1,5/1,75/2 seconds, if she moves toward enemy champions the movement speed bonus is doubled.
When seal broken: Enemies take an additional 6%/7%/8%/9%/10% of their maximum health as magic damage, enemies hit above 85%/82,5%/80%/77,5%/75% health takes this part of damage as true damage.
Range: 800 Cost: 75 mana Cooldown: 7/6,5/6/5,5/5 seconds Shout width: Slightly a cone close to being straight, but very thin, maybe as thin as Ezreal's W.
Explanation of Q skill: In normal usage it deals magic damage in a cone in front of herself, if the target is marked with W skill, it consumes it and the skill's recharge is halved and increases her movement speed depending where is she facing. It is a skillshot. Usage with passive, it can deal once 100% dmg, if bounces off of a wall it will deal 50% less damage on the same target and if another bounce catches the the same target again it will deal again 50% less damage after the second one. So first 100% dmg, then half of it and again half of the last damage. It consumes the mark from every enemy champion being hit, but the recharge effect only happens once. The 10% health damage part only deals true damage on targets who are above the specific % health, otherwise it is just magic damage.
#W: "You Are All Alone!":
Klaris shouts at the target champion and its nearby allies, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+35% AP) magic damage and leaving a Mark of Fear on them for 4 seconds. Enemies facing Klaris are feared for 0,75 second. If there is no other enemy within the range of the target, the damage dealt is increased by 25%.
When seal broken: Damage dealt is increased by 25% to all affected enemies, if the target is alone its vision is also reduced to 450-range for 1/1,25/1,5/1,75/2 seconds.
Range: 625 AoE range at target: 200 Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana Cooldown: 15/13,5/12/10,5/9 seconds
Explanation of W skill: It's a targeted shout on an enemy champion. It deals damage to the target and around it and fears them if they are facing her, but if there is no other enemy around the target enemy champion (within shout range around the target) it takes 25% more damage. When the seal is broken, the damage dealt by this shout is increased by 25% for all enemies being hit by it and if the target is separated/alone its vision range is reduced for a short time. This shout does not bounce off of walls and terrain around the target, but still considered as a projectile and will not affect nor damage the target if there is a wall or terrain between Klaris and the targeted enemy champion.
#E: "I'm the Strongest!":
Klaris lets out a shout at her enemies and allies, for each affected enemy champion she gains an additional +30/35/40/45/50 ability power for 4 seconds and for each allied champion she restores 2% of her mana.
When seal broken: Empowers her other allies and weakens her enemies, increasing her other allies damage done by 5% for 2 seconds while reducing affected enemies damage dealt by 5% for 2 seconds.
Range: 750 Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana Cooldown: 15 seconds Shout width: Around as wide as Kassadin's E, just longer range.
Explanation of E skill: This shout is a skillshot too and it can bounce off of walls, but the extra AP gained does not stack, it doesn't matter how many times it hits the same champion it won't give more and more AP. At max rank it can give +250 AP for 4 seconds, which can be also combined with her ultimate for extra seconds. Empower/weaken effect does not refresh nor stack if the shout bounces off of walls to allies again.
#R: Break Seal / "Victory is Mine!":
Break Seal:
Passive: Shout's width increased by 15/20/25%.
Active: Klaris is able to break her seal for a short duration, depending her current power (10/11/12 + 10% AP seconds), enhancing her shouts and able to use her special shout once.
#"Victory is mine!":
Klaris takes a deep breath and after a brief delay she lets out an ultimate powerful shout at her enemies in a cone. Enemies hit by the shout are knocked back (the closer they are to Klaris, the further they are knocked back away from her), dealing 200/250/300 (+45% AP) magic damage. If this kills a marked enemy champion Klaris is victorious and restores 10/12,5/15% of her missing health mana once. Does not consume the marks.
Range: 1500 Cost: 100/125/150 mana Cooldown: 240/200/160 seconds Knock back distance: 50 to 200 Shout width: Miss Fortune's ult is a good example for around how wide it would be.
Explanation of Ult: The passive part is always on, increasing the width of shouts by 15/20/25% including the ultimate's cast width too. The seal removal lasts for a flat 10/11/12 seconds +10% of AP as seconds, as if you have 100 AP it will last 12 + 1 = 13 seconds at max rank, if you have 1000 AP it will last 12+10=22 seconds. The ultimate shout can be used only once as it says. The knock back distance depends on how close they are to Klaris. It always knocks back away from Klaris. The brief delay is around a 0,5-0,75 second channel time. If it kills a marked target it only restores her health and mana only -once- and not for each killed and marked champion. While the seal is broken, she removes her hood and her voice and shouts becomes louder and echoing.
