Frontier Justice is separated into two different parts, depending on his current stance:

** The Shoot-Out:** Completing any of Quinton's Basic Abilities will increase his Attack Speed by 15/30/45/60% (At Levels 1/6/11/16) for 5 seconds.

The Showdown: Quinton's Basic Attacks reduce the Cooldown of all his Abilities by 1 second.

Q – Fusillade

He'll punish you with a hail of bullets. Don't look down at your chest... You might not know what you're missing.

The Shoot-Out: Quinton fires a quick bullet in a targeted direction, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+120% AD) to the first enemy in its path.

Within the next 2 seconds, Quick Trigger can be cast again for free. If he attacks the same target, he only deals half of the damage. This Ability can be cast while moving.

Range: 1100 Units

The Showdown: Quinton rapidly shoots an enemy 3 times with his Iron Maiden and Steel Valkyrie, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+50% AD) with each shot, also applying on-hit effects with them.

Range: 850 Units

The Showdown: Quinton combines his Iron Maiden and Steel Valkyrie together for his next shot, causing his next Basic Attack within 4 seconds to deal 20/40/60/80/100 (+40% AD) bonus damage to his target and ignore 3/6/9/12/15% of their armor.

Range: 550 Units

Costs: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 Seconds

E – Sidestep

A simple step ahead of those who wish to catch him.

Quinton dashes a short distance in a targeted direction, shooting the closest Champion within his Attack Range and dealing 40/70/100/130/160 (+50% AD) Physical Damage.

If he hits an enemy champion with the extra shot, Quinton can also dash again for free within the next 4 seconds. The second dash will not attack an enemy, but will deal an additional effect depending on his stance:

** The Shoot-Out:** The second dash will grant 10/15/20/25/30 bonus Movement Speed to Quinton and reduce the effects of Crowd Control by 10% for 2 seconds.

The Showdown: The second dash will grant a shield equal to 10/20/30/40/50% of Quinton's Attack Damage for 2 seconds.

Range: 325 Units (550 Units for the attack) Costs: 40 Mana Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Seconds

R – The Gunslinger

It's his name sake. It is what he does best. Put your dukes up if you want to live.

Quinton begins the game with one rank in Gunslinger, and it can be increased at Levels 6/11/16, up to four ranks. Toggling this Ability allows Quinton to switch between these two forms.

** The Shoot-Out:** Quinton only draws his Iron Maiden revolver for his opponents, ready for the shoot-out. Quinton gains 5/10/15/20 bonus Attack Damage and his Abilities are changed.

** The Showdown:** Quinton draws both of his revolvers, Iron Maiden and Steel Valkyrie, for the incoming showdown. Quinton gains 5/10/15/20% bonus Attack Speed and his Abilities are changed.

Cost: 10 Mana Cooldown: 1 second

Lore:

No laws or morals... Those who still have those are fools. Human lives have little value. The only thing that matters is the future, and those who are willing to seek it.

If you were to ask anyone in this world to describe Zaun to you, that's exactly what you'll hear. It's a situation that disgusts many outside of the city. To those within the city, however, that sentence itself fills them with pride. A city-state that claims to be the freest of Runeterra, and embraces that proudly despite the criticisms. Shopkeepers and alchemists stalk the streets determinedly, willing to give their all in order to make a profit. Corporate rivalries define the very spirit of Zaun, and espionage and sabotage are common practices. It's all just business in the end.

As a child born of the streets of Zaun, the harsh reality of the city-state finally dawned on Quinton later and he eventually realized that this was the only possible answer. Born in its darkened back alleys, he grew to appreciate the utter freedom that came with every step he took. No matter how much travesty befell his family's business, there was always something new to look forward to, something new to learn everyday. Despite his poor family, he was happy with his life and what he had.

But you learn quickly that all the good things in this world fade away eventually. The world isn't black or white; everything is gray. When his parent's business began to flounder, he didn't know how true those words were and what they would mean to him. What it meant to 'pay debts' in this world.

The harsh slap from reality arose when his parents were killed by the 'family friends', as his father used to call them. The men who came to visit his place everyday...that used to play with him when he was younger... They killed his family without any remorse. The cloaked and shadowed figures stepped over his crying form and out of the door without another word to spare.

The only things they left behind were the empty guns that ended his parent's life, and a lost child who would only learn the truth. The cold bodies resting in front of him told him that unspoken truth of the city of Zaun: “There are no laws or morals. Human lives have little value. The only thing that matters is the future, and those who are willing to seek it...”

Those words cycled over and over in his mind as he was thrust onto the streets of Zaun. As he fought tooth and nail for his survival of the city, he realized that this could not continue. He knew then that the lawless nature of Zaun was a mistake. He realized that he would have to raise arms against his birthplace.

Control and order was the only answer and as he began to build a future for himself amongst the crackling gray streets, he began to forge that which he now seeks; True freedom. He enjoyed it in his youth, but it was now a curse that he needed to be broken, and he would tear down this city if it meant rebuilding it in the image that it needs.

Taking up the very guns that ended his parent's lives, his name became feared amongst the underground of Zaun. The ruthless 'Gunslinger' who sought to bring justice to the Zaun gray skies by overthrowing it.

Very few shared his sentiments. His childhood friendJanna was also disgusted by Zaun, but she didn't believe in his justice either, and she left before he could finish their mission. Those that did value his beliefs were compelled to follow him. He created his own syndicate of those who were destroyed by the morally-unbound city-state and challenged its lawless status-qua. A few dead businessmen and techmaturgists didn't matter in the grand scheme. As far as he's concerned, there's no one who can tell him other wise.

“Chief Executive, I'm so glad to see your safe return... Would you like me to bring you something? The kitchen workers are still here, and-”

The elderly man dressed in his fancy business suit raised a chubby hand towards the assistant's face, bringing her rapid talking to silence. With a tiresome sigh, the overweight man began to walk past her towards his office. Before he opened the door, he turned back to the assistant while she stood there dumbly, a panicked expression on her face.

“There is no need. I have a speech to complete in a few minutes, so allow me some time alone. And if anyone calls, ignore it.”

Her mouth continued to hang dumbly, but she recollected herself and nodded before responding, “Of course, Chairman. I'll leave you to your studies.”

She bowed as he entered into his office and closed the door behind him. Magnus Dunderson sighed again as he stared into the darkness of his room. He was definitely getting older and more tired with each passing day, but he needed to keep the machine that was Zaun alive. He needed to reassure the people that their businesses and their experiments will continue to flourish, and that there was no fear of some rising “revolution”.

He moved his hand to turn on his light switch, but the sound of a gunshot rung through the room. His heartbeat sped up in fear as he turned towards the place where his hand still remained, gasping at the tinged bullet hole directly next to his middle finger. He heard the sound of something hitting the ground hard outside of the room. Another voice echoed from near his desk:

“Sorry, but I didn't believe your aide could keep her mouth shut. You can carry on.”

Without even thinking and still acting on fear, his finger twitched and the room was ablaze with light. There, sitting directly at his well-polished desk, was a fashionably-dressed man with a white hat hiding his face from view. Directly on that well-polished desk was the steel revolver that probably created many more victims than just his aide.

The man was twirling a darkened revolver in his left finger, most likely made of iron. It was these two weapons were the key hints that allowed him to realize that it was the famed “Gunslinger” sitting in his office. The man who was spreading a revolution throughout Zaun. He had heard many tales about him but he always ignored them, hoping that he would never have to meet him face-to-face.

And now, he was here to kill him. There was nothing he could do. Quinton knew that as well.

“I have nothing against you, Chief Executive... You're just an obstacle in the way. You and I both know that these will be your last moments, so let's spend them together and celebrate.”

The anarchist rose from the desk and picked up his other gun, causing the Chief to flinch slightly as he began to walk around the desk. He couldn't see his eyes, but he knew that they were narrowed as he circled him like a hawk. In response he began to move away from him. The two began to initiate a haunting dance of fear, and the sharpshooter was taking the lead. He was being backed into a corner.

This was game to him, the Chief realized, as the man began to twirl his stainless-steel weapon. Quinton noticed his admiration and chuckled lightly before saying, “I'm not going to shoot you with this gun...my Steel Valkyrie... She's a fighter, I'll tell you, but entirely innocent... I couldn't use her for someone like you... It is a weapon of regret, and I'm saving it for someone special.”

He laughed again before adding, “But this... my Iron Maiden... She's never up to any good. A vile and cruel tormentor, eager for another victim...”

As the man spoke, the Chief Executive did not realize how far he had been back out until he heard the sounds of shocked gasps, hushed whispers, and rising excitement all around him.

“Within the hate and regret that exists in these streets, someone must take advantage of it... Take hold of it, and control it. I did, and I've become a part of it to destroy it. To create an order that you couldn't.”

Magnus turned over his shoulder and looked behind him at the large gathering of Zaunite citizens below his balcony, most likely waiting for his speech. However, they now stood horrified as they watched their leader standing at gunpoint.

He couldn't believe he was going to do this here! In front of all these people!? Was this man seriously going to publicly execute him!?

When he turned back towards the gunslinger, he saw nothing but the dark barrel of the Iron Maiden and knew that his time was done. Even though the gunshot probably would have alerted the guards, the fact that the man confidently stood there despite that meant that they would probably die as soon as they tried to stop him.

A noise of amusement emerged from the faceless man as he said, “...Dead men...don't get to make rules anymore... So let's all celebrate and toast...to your last moments.”

A gunshot rang through the entire city, and all of its citizens watched as the long-reigned Chief Executive fell over his balcony with a large bleeding wound in his head. The killer's bloody overcoat trailed behind him as he turned back towards the office, placing his gun back in his holster.

A new revolution on the cold and dark streets of Zaun had begun.

Playstyle:

It was at a very young age that Quinton discovered that the lawless streets of Zaun could take away everything from him. Left to survive on the streets and barely scraping by with his childhood friend, he rose from the underground as a ruthless gunslinger with the goal of bringing order and control to Zaun...

By force if he had to.

“Gunfighter and gunslinger are literary words used historically to refer to men in the American Old West who had gained a reputation of being dangerous with a gun and had participated in gunfights and shootouts. Gunman was a more common term used for these individuals in the 19th century. Today, the term gunslinger is used to denote someone who is quick on the draw with their pistols...”

If you want to survive in this dangerous world where the bullseye is always on your back, then you have to learn to fight back. Don't die like a dog, and keep your fingers on that trigger. When all else fails, get buckwild and go trigger-happy like Quinton, the Gunslinger.

Quinton is a versatile Caster-centric Marksman with the ability to change his style of play on the fly, allowing players to quickly draw out several different combos from their holsters with all of his Abilities. Thanks to the low Cooldown of “Gunslinger”, Quinton can constantly shift his stances as fights play out, and being trigger-happy (and smart, don't forget that) on his Abilities can allow him to come out ahead in all sorts of fights.

When Quinton is in a team-fight and he needs to deal damage to several different targets at once, consider getting ready for a “Shoot-Out”. This stance allows him several different poke and AOE options with his Abilities, and the second dash on “Sidestep” allows him bonus movement speed to continue kiting.

But when enemies are on top of him or if he's in a small-scale skirmish or lane battle, know that Quinton's always prepared for the “Showdown”. Bringing out both his Iron Maiden and his Steel Valkyrie, this stance allows him to play an Auto-Attack focused carry with several Attack Resets to duel his enemies.

Quinton is quite powerful, but he does have a some issues:

-His Attack Speed is quite low, requiring to him to build significant Attack Speed early in the game to make his skills flow together properly.

-His Ultimate is also more similar to Quinn than the other form shifters, though he can switch as fast as they can. Like Quinn, all of his Abilities are the same and they share the same Cooldowns in either forms.

-Albeit small, his Ultimate also costs Mana. A player should be mindful as they may be switching too much and not realize how much it is actually affecting them.

-His Range is also quite short. While he deals decent damage in “Shoot-Out”, the lack of Attack Speed hurts this stance early in the game and his Damage comes from “Showdown”. Every Ability in “Showdown” is dependent on his 550 Attack Range.

-He's very Caster-based, and a Silence can ultimately shut down his combos.

The Gunslinger: Showdown and Shoot-Out Quinton's Ultimate allows him to switch between two forms with two different focuses: “Showdown” is for close-range dueling, and “Shoot-Out” is for poking. It sounds similar to Jinx , but they differ in various ways:

-Jinx's stance change is for her Auto-attacks. One stance increases the Range of her attacks and deals AOE damage at the cost of Attack Speed and Mana, and the other gives increased Attack Speed and dueling at the cost of Range.

On the other hand, Quinton is an AD Caster, and switching stances changes his Abilities. Even though his stances too deal with long and short Range, a key difference between him and Jinx is the bigger emphasis on creating combos with both of his stances. He also shares Cooldowns with each Ability like Quinn, but he has the ability to lower the Cooldowns on his Abilities to keep his guns slinging.

One good combo example just so happens to be...

Passive: Frontier Justice ...defined in his passive. In “Shoot-Out”, he gains a fixed amount of Attack Speed for 5 seconds after casting (not landing). But of course, this form doesn't make use of that at all. He gains Bonus Attack Speed for switching to “Showdown”. Likewise, the "Showdown” lowers the Cooldown of his Basic Abilities by 1 with each attack.

So using an Ability in “Shoot-Out” for the Attack Speed, then switching to “Showdown” for the Bonus Attack Speed allows him to deal more damage and lower the Cooldowns on his Abilities. Attack Speed items can also help achieve that quickly to either use the Abilities in your dueling form, or switch to the longer-ranged form if you aren't in range for “Showdown” Abilities. He also gains bonus Attack Damage in the “Shoot-Out”, so the Abilities are more powerful in that stance.

Q – Fusillade In “Shoot-Out”, this is a long-ranged poke Ability that can deal decent damage to two targets, or a lot to a single target. This Ability is mainly for harassing in lane if you have a clear shot, but using it too often can lead to some Mana problems.

In “Showdown”, this is an upfront attack that deals adequate damage early in the game and not that much in the late game. However, the key thing about it is the On-hit effects, allowing you to gain triple the Life-Steal and triple on effects like Blade of the Ruined King. Unlike LucianLightslinger, this Ability cannot Critically Strike.

W – Dead Aim This Ability is his Armor-Penetrating Spell. However, “Shoot-Out” is more for team-fighting, as it applies an Armor Shred to all enemies in the bullet's path. This is good for more AD-oriented Teams, or if quickly switching to “Showdown” to make use of the Armor Shred with fast Attack Speed. Another cool thing about the bullet is that it can't be blocked by Braum or Yasuo .

In the “Showdown”, this is more sufficient as a powerful tool for dueling as the burst may scare the opponent off, if not outright kill them. This ability is also good with combined with Sheen.

E – Sidestep A super useful ability in a teamfight, but it isn't the best dash in the world. It has the same Range as Riven and Vayne Mobility Spell, which means it can't go through walls. However, it's good for kiting or chasing, allowing you to catch up quite easily or get extra-distance from your enemy.

The second dash also adds an additional effect depending on the stance. In the “Shoot-Out”, he can use the Ability to keep on the move or escape. But he's ready for action in the “Showdown”, granting him a shield based on his Attack Damage to give him some defense during an exchange.

The Range on the shot is limited to his Auto-Attack Range and if he isn't in range of anything to attack, then he can't use the second dash. The second dash also doesn't attack anything.

Building Due to his caster-centric kit, building Attack Damage gives for Maximum Damage output. But he is a character who would actually thrive on Attack Speed. More Attack Speed means shorter Cooldowns, which allows him to use his Abilities more and chain together combos quicker. Another good item on him might be item 3078 or item 3025 thanks to his casting-based kit. This may also support a “Blue-Build” for him, substituting Attack Speed for a CDR build if one would choose to play that way.

Things Subjected to Change:

Passive – Frontier Justice -Increase the Attack Speed gained from “Showdown” Abilities to 10/30/50/70% from 15/30/45/60%

Soul Reaver/Underworld Quinton

A skin that changes his body to a spectral form and gives him dark blue clothing.

Detective Quinton

Quinton dresses in a tan trench and wears clothing similar to old detective characters like Sherlock Holmes.

Trivia: -Quinton uses the Iron Maiden in “Shoot-Out”, and draws the Steel Valkyrie for “Showdown”. However, Quinton will switch the revolvers if he taunts an enemy Janna/at the beginning of the game if Janna is on the enemy team. -Quinton twirls his revolver around his finger after using Q - Fusillade in “Shoot-Out”, and will keep spinning it until you cast the second shot. In “Showdown” when using Q - Fusillade, he twirls the gun after each shot. Whenever he Critically Strikes, he also twirls it in time for his next shot. -Quinton was childhood friends with Janna after his parents were killed, leaving him stranded on the streets at the same time Janna was a thief. Both of them want to change Zaun for the better, but Janna doesn't agree with the way Quinton's going about it. She defected before he killed the Chief Executive in his lore. He hates her for abandoning “their” vision, and doesn't understand why she's disappointed in him after he overthrew the Chief. -Janna was whom he referenced in the Lore, stating that he wants to kill her with his Steel Valkyrie. He calls it a weapon of regret because he uses it to kill people that he feels doesn't deserve to die, but has to (like Janna). -Many of his quotes are various references to Mafia/Criminal movies. He also borrows many quotes from the Gunslinger Roland Deschain from Stephen King's The Dark Tower series. -Despite his appearance and title, he only takes cues from western designs but isn't an actual cowboy character.

Tried to draw a new image with a different color scheme, hopefully it's better than the last one. Because of this, I removed the Debonair Skin from his list.
