Yasuo kit rework idea

Riot said long ago that they had many different concepts for Yasuo, and wanted him to have quick and crucial hitting attacks while maintaining a samurai theme. I have a suggestion for a better kit

Passive: Flow

Yasuo gains a stack of bonus movespeed upon attacking an enemy champion or dashing through an enemy champion or minion (1 stack per dash, if multiple champions are hit, an extra stack). Upon reaching 7 stacks, Yasuo gains a sizeable attack speed buff, and a unique attack speed animation of near instant hits, also applying a small bleed effect

Q: Wind Blade 40 mana per charge, up to 3 charges. Charges have a 4 second cooldown that is not reduceable. Yasuo makes a swift cut through the air in a cone, dealing bonus damage to those in a smaller cone in front of him and applying a stack of Lift (Animation sped up by attack speed) Any champion who hits 3 stacks of Lift in any part of the cone is knocked up for 1.5 seconds

W: Wind Barrier No cost 20 second cooldown at all ranks Yasuo surrounds himself in a veil of wind, blocking the next projectile (can intercept ranged auto attacks, works like Braum E) that targets him or would hit him. Should he block something, the wind dispands, slowing enemies in a radius increasing by the % of maximum health Yasuo would have lost from the blocked projectile

E: Gust

80/80/70/70/60 mana 14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown

Yasuo dashes up to three times (This is used like Ahri ult, you get three casts and it goes on cool down) but each dash must be used within 1 second or it will go on cooldown. It has no cast delay in between dashes, and deals an increased amount of damage each dash for each enemy hit.

R: Wind's Fury

100/100/100 mana 160/130/100 second cooldown

1st cast: Yasuo musters all the wind to his disposal, channeling up to 3 seconds gaining increased range and damage the longer it charges (like Varus Q)

2nd cast: Yasuo dashes in the direction, dealing damage equal to 33% of their missing health plus 200% bonus ad to all enemies in his path. This attack can critically strike for 50% extra damage

What do you guys think? It was just an idea, and I tried to keep the samurai and wind theme that riot wanted, I really like the ult idea though, was the main source of inspiration
