Champion Idea:__________, The eye of insanity

I am sorry but I don't know a name for him yet so he will be referred to as different things throughout the story. Lore: The character was a well known hit man that never lets the victim see his face until the last shot in which he reveals his eyes. He was hired to kill the ruler of Demacia, before King Jarvan 1 was in power. He killed him but was caught and tortured. He was forced to watch everyone he loved die in front of him, while he was chained up. Every time a loved one was killed they stuck a needle in his body. After all of his family members were killed he was so depressed and in pain that he begged for one last wish. That wish was to talk to 1 person, he didn't love this person nor did he know them. This was a cultist who allowed him to look at the void even though his eyes were closed because of needles holding his eyelids. But when the time came for him to die he talked to the cultist and had his soul ripped from him, thus making him lose the aspect of age. He was so crazed that he lost his ability to feel and the only enjoyment he ever had was when he was inflicted with pain or when he inflicted it. He lived past many rulers and when King Jarvan the 2nd had his 40th birthday, the prisoner broke out and stabbed him in the chest with the very needles he stabbed the prisoner with. He then escaped and found the cultist one last time and asked for a weapon that would cause his enemies so much pain he could feel it in himself. So the cultist did so and got him a pair of guns that were filled with his soul that was ripped from him. The only bullets he could use were the needles all the rulers stuck him with. He then Became so insane that he traveled to the void and ripped the needles from his eyes and shot all that he crossed paths with in the void. He became so filled with this malicious energy that he wanted revenge on everyone who ever stuck a needle in him. He used 1 needle for every victim and struck every single person down. Once he had ran out of needles he ventured once more to the void and he found 20 needles he had killed creatures from the void with. He then left the void and found the cultist on his death bed and asked for 1 last thing. This was to enchant the needles with his soul as well, so they would always come back to him. He then shot the cultist between the eyes to see if the needle would return to him, and it did. so he pierced himself ten times in the face and ten times in the back with the needles. He punctured the exact spots the royals did when he was tortured for he did not need sight anymore or food anymore, for his insanity would lead him to his victims, and he did not feel starvation. He then joined the league of legends in order to be entertained and to distract himself from his past.

Passive: Pins and Needles, The eye of insanity has 10 needles in his face, 3 in his nose, 3 in his mouth and 2 in each eye, sealing them shut. When he shoots, these needles are removed. After the first 3 shots his nose is un-punctured and he can smell his victims, and finds their weak points, increasing his critical strike chance. After the next 3 shots he can open his mouth causing enemies he kills to give him health back by devouring their souls. Then after the final 4 auto attacks his eyes are revealed, and he stares into the souls of enemies around him fearing them for 1 second ,the next ten auto attacks from his back fear his enemies for 0.1 second all the way to 0.5 seconds with stacks up to five. He then channels for 1 second and is immune to cc as his needles are retrieved. Q: Shoots a spray of 4 needles in a cone hitting the first enemy hit and dealing 75% damage to all consecutive enemies hit. Stacks charges up to 2 and has a cooldown of 3 and a charge rate of 5 seconds. Uses needles from him and stacks up fear if the passive is active. W: Rips out all the needles in his face and fears all enemies in a cone in front of him, gaining all the passive traits for 2 seconds, he also gains attack speed based on how many needles were left in his face. E: Stares into an enemy champion's soul and after 0.5 second delay fears them, then charges up a hit of 2 needles and shoots them out. This ability can be dodged if the target dashes, but it is point and click, like Lucian's Q. All enemies hit along the way also take damage. This removes 2 needles and stacks up fear on the target if the passive is active. R: Takes all his needles out and then channels for 1 second with the needles quivering in the air, then he loads his gun and fears all enemies around him as he spins firing needles for up to 5 seconds based on how many needles are left. (0.25 seconds per needle).
