can't see support ticket

Hello, hi,i have no idea why my account emial address is not mine. so, i want to change my e-mail address about my account. and i send the ticket to recover my account. the request is #43830410, but when I click on the link in email http://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/43830410 site wants me to log in and when I log in I just can see: oops. The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved. Take me back to the home page. :(

So I am asking, did Riot get my ticket or is somewhere lost? I send them second ticket (I know, it's stupid thing to do but I wanted to try it) and it says the same thing. :/

BTW: English isn't my main language so when there are some mistakes or something doesn't make sense, I'm sorry. :D
