Roles: AP Tank /CC Mage/ Support

inspiration: I was watching a video titled "This Is Why We Love to Play Thresh," and the clips used along side gameplay clips were that of the anime Hunter x Hunter, and their control over chains was so much bigger than Thresh's. So I figured: hey, why not make a champion that is COMPLETELY based off of chains, passive and everything?

Lore: Tenma was once a Noxian super soldier. His strength knew no bounds, and he was unrivaled by anyone. But in time, he began to question his own loyalty to Noxus, and completely turned against the City-state after one incident.

Tenma was asked to volunteer in an experiment, one to give supernatural powers to even the common man. Since it was still in development, Tenma was the only one that could take the experiment based on the strength of the procedure on a citizen, who had their blood vessels explode. Tenma took up the challenge almost immediately, seeing as if he could control more power than he has, he could rule over all.

As they strapped Tenma to the testing table, he thought of the world he would rule: one where his friends and loved ones would be at peace, and all enemies would be decimated. The moment the experiment started, something went terribly wrong. The anesthetic that one of the doctors was supposed to give Tenma to numb the pain to come was somehow replaced by a highly dangerous compound locked away long ago. Tenma began to shudder violently, and broke his restraints immediately. Out of nowhere, chains started to emit from his body, stabbing every Noxian in the room. Tenma had believed they had this injected into him on purpose, and set out to destroy the entirety of Noxus. But just as he came crashing through the door to reach the overworld, he was transported to the Great Hall of the Institute of War. A lone summoner greeted him and explained his power would corrupt him to the point where he would destroy his entire family if not kept in the institute.

He believed the summoner and now fights in the League as Noxus's greatest enemy.

"A madman is scary enough. Give him chains and he becomes your worst nightmare." - Katarina

Abilities: Passive: Severed Links - Whenever Tenma uses an ability, there is a 25% chance a chain link will be dropped. Tenma can pick these up to increase the range by 50 and bonus scalings of these abilities by 3%, up to a stacking cap of 6. Each link will only upgrade the ability that dropped it. If an ability hits the stack cap, it grants a bonus effect.

Q. Chains of Noxus - Tenma shoots 2 chain hooks out in different directions (aiming functions like Lulu's Glitterlance). If either or both hooks hit enemy units, they will be stunned and dealt 50/80/110/140/170 (65% Ability Power) magic damage. Tenma can reactivate this ability to pull himself to them (if only 1 enemy hit) and between them both (if 2 enemies hit). If either or both hooks hit terrain or structures, Tenma can reactivate this ability to launch himself towards his hook (if only 1 hits terrain) or slingshot forwards 650 units (if 2 hit terrain).

Max stack effect: enemies hit bleed for 10/20/30/40/50 (15% Ability Power) magic damage over 3 seconds

Skillshot range: 900 Skillshit width: 25 Cooldown: 13 seconds Mana cost: 80

W: Chain Snap - Tenma slams the ground with his chains in a line in front of him, dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (50% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemy units hit and slowing them by 45% for 2 seconds. Tenma is rooted for the duration of the cast.

Max stack effect: no cast time and slow increased to 60%

AoE Skillshot Range: 1000 AoE Skillshot Width: 125 Cooldown: 6 seconds Mana cost: 50/60/70/80/90

E: Link to Their Demise - Tenma empowers his next basic attack for 20/40/60/80/100 (40% Ability Power) bonus magic damage. Tenma can also use this to pull enemy units his Q is hooked on towards him and slam them on the ground in a selected area, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (65% Ability Power) Magic damage and stunning them for 1 second. If Tenma's Q is hooked on terrain, he will pull a rock from each connected hook, to slam the rock down in an area and deal 50/75/100/125/150 (75% Ability Power) magic damage and stun enemies under the rock for 0.5 seconds, while enemies around are slowed by 60% instead. If Tenma activates this during his Q's 2nd activation, he will move slightly further from his current location towards his destination, and slam the target(s) hooked at the selected area, dealing the damage and stun for each respective target. One target can only be damaged by one of these procs (ie. If terrain and a champion land near each other, the champion will only get the damage and stun of it's own effect, instead of both their and the terrain's effect)

Max stack effect: does 8% of damage in bonus True Damage

Selection Range: 575 units Rock Selection Radius: 50 units Rock AoE: 200 unit radius Full Selection Radius: 100 units Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds Mana cost: 60

R: Field of Enchainment - Tenma sends 4 chains around him that spin for 6 seconds, he is surpressed for the first 2 seconds. If a chain hits an enemy, they are dealt 100/150/200 magic damage (no scaling on this portion on purpose) and are pulled towards Tenma. When they come into contact with him, they are dealt 85% Ability Power in magic damage and stunned for 2 seconds. Enemies can only be hit by one chain, and each chain will dissipate once the enemy has made contact with Tenma.

Max Stacks effect: Creates 5 chains instead of 4

AoE: 900 Spin Speed: 175 units per second Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds Mana Cost: 125

Appearance: Think Big Boss (Metal Gear), with red and black Noxian armor. Chains come out from under his wrists as well.

Basic Attack Range: 400 Health: 580 (+60 per level) Mana: 250 (+50 per level) Health regen: 1.3 (+.3 per level) Mana regen: .9 (.3 per level) Movement speed: 325 Attack speed: .78 (+3% per level) Attack Damage: 65 (+2 per level) Armor: 28 (+4 per level) Magic Resist: 34

need to work on the ult hahaha thats ridiculously op and maybe a bit more a League of Legends sounding appearance. maybe the one you described could be a be apart of the vandal skin collection but im not sure it is going to be appealing to everyone. Otherwise cool concept just needs continued work and revision the E needs to have a function where Q isnt being used and then maybe can have the added function if you land your Q. the spinning with terrain should be removed also on the E and just have the Slamming of rocks. All comments are meant for constructive criticism and are not intended to target you personally. great job
