The Undead Commander: Dagnar of Demacia(fixed and balanced)

To anyone that reads and likes my idea please vote. I tried to make this champ more balanced. Ok here we go Lore: Dagnar used to be a former Lord and General in command of Demacian forces. He was brutal and respected throughout the kingdom but not always good leaders prevail. He was assassinated by a cult of mages and years later brought back to life through dark sorceries and magic and was granted the lordship of the undead. Now he seeks only lordship of Demacia again,but this time things differ. Dagnar:"I served my people once.Now they will serve ME!"

Abilities: Passive: Chain of Command Dagnar increases nearby allies attack speed by 10%.upon death this effect increases to 25% for 2 seconds.

Q:Determined Strikes Dagnar strikes his sword 3 times forwards dealing 40/60/80/100/120 physical damage. Every strike that hit enemy champions grants Stacks of brutality which increase Dagnar's AD by 2%.Stacks up to 5 times. W: A Taste of Death Dagnar throws a cursed blade dealing 45/60/75/90/105 physical damage(+15 magic damage) If enemy champions get hit by the blade twice in a row the curse stuns them for 1.5 seconds.

E:Wrath of the Undead Passive:Dagnar gains gains 10 to 20% movement speed depending on targets health Active:Summons a random skeleton warrior to fight alongside him. Skeleton classes Swordsman:normal skeleton Defender:shield and spear with more hp but less damage Torturer:heavy axe wielding damage dealer but less hp

R:The Ultimate Strategy Dagnar releases a deadly curse around him dealing 200/300/400 magical damage to nearby enemies and slows them by 20/30/40% of their movement Skeleton warriors:(normal) Attack damage:70/90/110/130/150 Health:450/600/750/900/1050
