Automatic leveling system

The Other day when I was playing a game of League of legends, I thought to myself.... why dont we have a automatic leveling system in the game yet? Just Think about all the positiv impact it can have on the game. one for example, you dont have to "leave" your zone to level up a skill, just before the laning face starts you can press some buttons in a particular order and it does it for you automaticly. People that struggle with the "CTRL" and than pressing Q,W,E,R will have a easier time with this system. Newbies that just found the game will enjoy it aswell and I dont really see any downsides if we have this system.

If you are a fan with the CTRL Q,W,E,R thing you can still do that, riot could maybe implement a way that you could turn this on or off. but what do you think? Vote down below, and I hope riot will do this one day.
