Really really really dumb/toxic/overpowered idea for an assassin

I got inspired from magicscrumpy's ultimate spacie video and tried making the ultimate assassin. Probably not enough burst damage. I basically made Yi2.

Karogar, the most op assassin

Passive:

Way of the warrior: Karogar gains 5% critical damage for every nearby enemy champion and 5% critical chance for every nearby enemy minion. Additionally enemy minions that survive Karogar's basic attack with less than 10% health are executed.

Nightmare cape: every 3rd auto attack blinds the enemy hit for 1 second, deals 36 magic damage, and 10 true damage.

Your eyes belong to me: Whenever an enemy has their vision impaired Karogar gains their vision for the duration.

Natural talent: Karogar gains 15% attack speed every 6th auto attack until he is out of combat stacking infinitely. Additionally Karogar gains an improved attack speed cap of 10.

Q: Karogar teleports behind a target dealing 70/80/90/100/110 + 1/2/3/4/5% of the targets current health + 75% ad ratio in physical damage. For 1 second afterward he can activate his Q2.

Q2: Karogar teleports in front of a target dealing 70/80/90/100/110 + 1/2/3/4/5% of the targets missing health + 75% ad ratio in physical damage. For 1 second afterward he can activate his Q3.

Q3: Karogar reappears where he casted his original Q healing 50/62/75/88/100% of the damage he took between using his Q and Q3.

Q Passive: Karogar gains 5/10/15/20/25 hp per 5 while his Q is on cooldown.

Cooldown: 14 seconds

W: Karogar dashes quickly in a direction dealing 10/20/30/40/50 + 8/10/12/14/16% of missing health in physical damage and blinding every target hit for 1 second. If Karogar gets a kill or assist his W is put on a 0 second cooldown.

W Passive: Karogar gains 5/10/15/20/25 movement speed while his W is on cooldown.

Cooldown: 22 seconds

E: Karogar puts a blade in the ground that bursts into multiple other blades when an enemy champion or pet walks near it dealing 80/90/100/110/120 + 15% ap ratio in magic damage and blinding every target hit for 1 second. After this ability is used Karogar can aciivate his E2 until the blade is triggered.

E2: Karogar teleports to his placed blade causing it to explode and stealthing himself for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. While stealthed and 1 second afterward Karogar can activate his E3.

E3: Karogar throws a wall of daggers at a target and every target near that target. Dealing 55/65/75/85/95 + 50% ad ratio in physical damage to the main target and 75% of the damage to the other targets and slowing every target hit by 50% for 1 second.

E Passive: Karogar heals 5 + 1/2/3/4/5% of his missing health every time he kills a unit with a debuff on them.

Cooldown: 1/.75/.5/.25/.1 (if E2/E3 are used the cooldown becomes 10/9/8/6.5/5 seconds)

R: Karogar drops his sword and hits every enemy unit in a wide area 100 times dealing 1/2/3/4/5 physical damage per hit before returning to catch his sword. For the next 5/7.5/10 seconds Karogar gains 25/50/75 attack damage, 25/50/75% attack speed, 25/50/75 movement speed, 25/50/75 armor/magic resist, and 25/50/100% tenacity. Basic attacks against enemy champions strike twice dealing 12.5% of Karogar's attack damage in bonus physical damage. While this ability is on cooldown Karogar gains a 100 health shield for every enemy champion he killed during the duration of his ultimate lasting infinitely. Karogar's 10th basic attack on an enemy champion or epic monster during the duration of his ultimate deals 999999 bonus true damage.

R Passive: Karogar becomes invulnerable and untargettable while under the effects of crowd control.
