A new Leaver Buster

I find the current leaver buster quite irritating and so do many others, and well i guess that's the point of it, but i believe that the punishment shouldn't be 20 minute queues because too many times i have waited my 20 minutes just to disconnect for some reason and then have to do the entire 20 minutes again and it can be quite annoying. I dont have many great ideas in mind but maybe something like just having one long queue and some kind of way that tracks when u do it from start to beginning so if you do disconnect during queue its not like you would have to wait another 20 minutes. Also many times my computer has crashed in a league game for no apparent reason and i have gotten queues from it, maybe there should be someway u can instantly clear these queues by perhaps sending in your crash notes and getting them looked over? i dont know just a suggestion, i love league but the current Leaver Buster really annoys me.
