League Starter Pack

I know there are champion bundles, but honestly, I think that the game has advanced far enough that if I were a new player, I'd wish there was some kind of a deluxe starter pack. You could make it fairly high priced and still make it look like a good deal if there's enough stuff in it.

Deluxe Starter Pack. Three 3150 IP champions of your choice. Five 6300 IP champions of your choice. 2 Additional Rune Pages. 9 Flat Armor Seals. 9 Flat Magic Resist Glyphs. 9 Magic Penetration Marks. 3 Ability Power Quints.

You could change it around with offering specific runes or number of champions you can get, but there should really be a deluxe starter pack that makes it easier for new players to get into league of legends. Something that provides you with a basic set of tier 3 runes, (there are a lot of complex pages, but surely just offering 1-2 basic sets shouldn't hurt), and something that allows you to select some number of specific champions that you would like to play.
