Maladi Maiden of Plauge 2.0
Reasoning: Maladi is a Mage/Support who focuses on using her spells to weaken her foes and sustain herself. She uses her health as a resource and does not deal strong damage on her own but can lower her foes stats to make fighting them easier, she can also help set up kills against other wise hard to kill targets. She can be caught out easily and can be punished if she fails to manage her HP properly.
,
, and any other way to remove her debuffs puts you at a stronger advantage when used properly
Backstory Maladi's past may be unknown but her recent actions are very clear. Among the ruins of a temple in the Plague Jungle an explorers documents were found by a traveling merchant who stumbled upon the. A dead body was found and many pages where scattered so the Merchant gathered what he could. When the Merchant returned he was greatly disturbed, gazing at every roach, rat, and other pest he saw with a sheer silent terror. He did though organize the documents. They are listed by date from beginning to end and are on display in the Piltover museum.
Day 1: I left Piltover to explore the Plague Jungle in hopes of getting the attention and praise or of the Great Ezreal. I adored him as a young boy and sought to explore as he has. Very few people have gone to the Plague Jungle and none have ever fully explored it. So that is my goal, to Map out the jungle and all of its secrets.
Day 3: As I was wandering, I found a strange Idle on what looked like a ruins of an old temple. The Idol looked a lot like a half human half rat Creature and had an ominous tone to it. There were also many, many rats, roaches, and other pests in the area so it must have been abandoned. I stepped on many of them who got in my way and cringed at the crunching sound. When I got the idle I then explored the rest of the ruin, the pests fallowed eerily, and I began to have this feeling of dread. When I left I felt relieved and the air seemed fresher for some time.
Day 4: Food is low, water is gone, I swear I saw a few rats running away.
Day 6: It may simply be the jungle, or the paranoia from those ruins, but I seem to see a larger number of rats lately. Each one would stare at me as if it was studying me, others took what little food I had and just disappeared before I could chase it. Are they thinking, coordinating these “strikes” against me? While as absurd as it sounded, one of Ezreals greatest words to young explorers is to consider all the possibilities. I'm hungry, thirsty, and wish for a place to safely restock before home.
Day 8: As if my prayers were answered a small house appeared in the distance, a closer look revealed a woman living there watering a garden. When I came up she seemed startled at first but calmed down as soon as I showed no hostility. I have traveled to many lands uncharted but with civilization so I learn a thing or two on how to act. I also have a sixth sense for danger, for some of the inhabitants were not friendly. The woman was kind and gave me food from the garden. When I ate the food I found to be delicious and not deadly, a surprise for me. The woman stated there once being a large civilization here, but she was of few who survived the judgement of their god. It was all interesting and I decided to stay to listen about it more. For some reason my sixth sense was acting up, it's probably nothing.
Day 11: I learned more about here culture as the days past. Apparently there god had domain over sickness, and that his followers could ether cure great diseases, or make them. I also learned that they respect what we call pests, and killing them was a great sin that could be pusnished by death. I couldn’t help but think of that temple full of pests, Could it still be in use, I did not think of it to much. I still felt my sixth sense acting up, as well as my sinuses, must be a cold.
Day 12: I feel very sick; the lady said it may not just be a cold and went to seek a cure. At this point my sixth sense was blazing, so I decided to put it at ease. As I investigated here house I saw what looked like a giant roach walk over the house and squeeze under it. I felt I might find my answers below me, and looked for what may be a trap door. I used my sixth sense to find it while remaining conscious of what came and went. I ended up finding a secret set of stairs behind an altar, most likely for her god. I followed it down, my sixth senses telling me to run. I didn't listen, besides the woman was so nice and many cultures had safe havens behind these altars. I wish I did listen though, for what I found was the woman, watching another man get eaten by giant rat and the roach I saw earlier. It was a ritual, and that man looked like he must have also been sick, which means... I had to run, run before she got me next. I scrambled up the stairs and bolted through the door. I must have been seen because there were a swarm of locusts after me not soon after. Though I escaped, I kept running, ignoring fatigue.
Day 16: I have been running for days, maybe weeks, I don't care but I must have escaped now right, I hear a screeching noise and something scuttling I decide to run and.......... (The words become blurred and blood covered except a small note that says.) MALADI, MAIDEN OF PLAUGE, SHALL RESTORE THE ORDER OF VERMALIN.

Afliction time based on Devotion counter don't go above 2 second. If Maladi dies, half of the devotion counters are removed, Max of 30 counters. Active: Maladi screams in an ancient language and summons an Incarnation of Vermalin that seeks out a enemy champion relentlessly (Range: 1200). When found the Incarnation jumps on the champion dealing 100/120/140 points of magic damage and applies Dark Contagion.
