New idea

I was thinking of the ip and rp configuration of the game at the moment, currently i have some friends that have bought every champ with their ip cause they play so much, they are also loosing interest, however all these skins are available for rp but they dont want to really spend it. Since riot focuses on us so much, i was thinking that you would accept this idea. To provide another experience to work for, an ip to rp conversion rate could be created. Where around 10 000 ip is equivalent to 100 rp. This way all the hard core players and hard workers have something else that they can work towards and experience, instead of loosing interest and leaving such a great game. Other variances can be created of this general idea. But the idea could widely benefit many gamers that want to continue the challenge of working towards something even after buying all champs with ip.... thanks
