Suggestions about game,diversity,and better connectivity in EUNE servers(Eastern Europe).

This will sound like a job application...I have some suggestions that are about the game,for bigger diversity. Eastern europe,it is nothing..If you look on the Riot Games map(metaphor),EUNE server isn't there,it is invisible! U probably think,like East Europe,it is poor,countries dont have money,useless,but if you lived here,in the poor part(Not really a poor place),u would see that we are better,then a lot of great and rich parts of the world. So i want to suggest you,that u make an office in a part of the Eastern Europe,the poor part,that we are in touch with Riot Games(office should be like in Croatia,Bosnia&Herzegovina,Serbia,because they are i think,the most how can i say"Playable place"). People from East Europe,are very creative,when im with friend that play LoL,we always comment about some thing that u should do(Nerfs,buffs,champion suggestions...) That is about Eastern Europe.and 2 more things,if you take my suggestion,as your plan,i have suggestions about cities in which or where u can make an office :) And,u should make something like a "Working From Home"And,"Home education" Working from home:U give job,to somebody to help you give stats about the game(and stuff....) in that area... Home education:U give online classes,about how you make champions(programing),how did you make this game(again programing...),how you make splash arts(photoshop,and stuff..)and,if somebody really listened on online classes,didnt skiped them a lot,give them private classes and maybe a job ;) So,that is it,i hope u will take this as your next project :)

PS;I know i said "suggestions"a lot... :) And,take somebody with 0 skills,and make their skill to be the highest(Make them part of RIot Games)!!!****
