Honor all Reward (for Honor level 5)

I was thinking if you're honor 5, maybe you could earn tokens through orbs or something that let you honor everyone on your team. You could type /HonorAll at endgame or press a button.

It'd be cool because, as it stands, honor right now mostly just gives you worthless key frags and feels kinda pointless. This could really give players who feel they've played with a great team a reason to collect honor orbs.
