They make a blood moon skin for zilean But not for zed To be honest blood moon would fit in way better for zed instead of zilean i dont get it

In Zilean's case, he'd been waiting four years for a new skin, which is part of the reason he's getting a skin before other champions. We also felt there were some cool opportunities in this skin - especially particles, which is something Zilean's other skins were severely lacking.
That said, we're always open to giving a champion a new look, and we don't limit skin lines to five skins just because they have 'a full team comp'. Many have suggested Blood Moon Zed, or Blood Moon Diana, and I think both of those have potential to be cool looking skins.
I played around with Ziliean a bit when he got a rework, but the blood moon skin makes me actually excited _ to play him. It's a gorgeous skin, I love the colors, how sleek the moon clock is, and that he thankfully doesn't have a filter on the voice. I'm so looking forward to the skin and really learning Ziliean now, and even if they tweak some things like the colors I don't mind, as long as they don't hit the filter button I'll be getting it on release. ^^
They probably thought "hmm what would be a cool Zilean skin?" and not "which champ should get the new blood moon skin?" thats all.
Maybe, but I was surprised with how cool the Blood Moon Zilean actually looks. I mean, I heard the name and didn't think it'd be a good fit, but that clock on his back is just so cool!

Zilean has needed a new skin for a long time, and Zilean just got a really stupid nerf-work.
