[Concept] Raanpage, The Bestial Darkin

Raanpage, The Bestial Darkin Fighter/Jungler Location: Unknown

A brutal fighter with a thirst for bloodshed, Raanpage will tear you apart as fast as he can, with both ranged and melee attacks.

Lore: Long ago, Raanpage was sealed deep in the Ionian countryside by several rune mages after having killed thousands with his former host. Eons passed, and the Darkin's power began to weaken considerably, as everyday, he fought back against the runes that imprisoned him. Finally, after millennia of confinement, Raanpage broke free from his prison, however he had drained all his power, and all he could do was lay there, hoping for an unfortunate host to come by. One day, Raanpage heard a rustling from the undergrowth. Out from the bushes came a magnificent beast, with a resplendent mane, and ferocious fangs and claws. Raanpage saw a chance to become powerful once more. Using hunger as a fuel, he flew forward, latching onto it, and began immediately to feed off it's soul. Months passed, and finally the beast succumbed to the Darkin's power. With it's surrender, Raanpage transformed it into his host. He retained it's claws and mane seeing them as worthy tools to his new form. With a new way to bring death upon Runeterra, Raanpage began to hunt.

Passive: The Darkin Shield Every 25 seconds while out of combat, Raanpage protects his host by granting a shield equal to 10% of Raanpage's health. The shield also reflects back 5% of the damage dealt by each auto-attack to attackers for 3 seconds while in combat

Q: Fling Range: 600 units Cost: 45/60/75/90/100 mana Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds

Raanpage flings himself in a targeted direction, dealing 50/65/80/95/110 +75% AD to enemies hit while he travels. If enemies are caught in the 100 unit radius at the end of the skillshot, they are rooted for 1 second. The cool down of Fling begins after Raanpage returns to his host.

Use while ganking to root and ensure an easy kill, or to help in your first jungle clears

W: The Claws of the Beast

Passive: Raanpage's first three attacks against a champion deal an extra 2/4/6/8/10% bonus AD. This passive has a 30 second cool down.

Active: Range: 300 units Cost: 30 mana Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds

Raanpage slashes in a cone in front of him, dealing 45/55/65/75/85 +75% AD and slowing enemies by 10% for 1.5 seconds.

Use while chasing enemies to give time for your allies to catch up

E: Eye of the Darkin Range: 600 units (around Raanpage), 300 units (targeted area) Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cooldown: 30/25/20/15/10 seconds

Raanpage flies toward a targeted area, revealing the surrounding area and disabling enemy wards for 1.5 seconds.

Use to disable enemy wards before ganks or invades, or to scout neutral objectives such as Dragon and Baron pits

R: Feed the Hunger Range: 650 units (around Raanpage) Cost: 100/110/120 mana Cooldown: 80/70/60 seconds

Raanpage latches onto an enemy champion, dealing 100/150/200 +75% AD per second for 3 seconds to the targeted champion, and providing a shield that grows during the duration, capping off at 50% of the damage dealt. While Raanpage is latched onto a target, his host gains a 5% movement speed buff moving towards enemy champions. Using Raanpage's Q or E during Feed the Hunger ends the ability early, but still gives the comeplete shield had the full duration been used.

Best used for skirmishes or tower diving, since Feed the Hunger provides Raanpage with a shield

Using Feed the Hunger: “Let me taste your soul!” “Once you go Darkin, you never go back!” “You taste of resistance and… Strawberries.”

Against Darkin: “A fight of brotherhood? I like it.” “I say Aatrox is the weakest brother.”

Taunt: Launches forward off of his host's back and begins to spin psychedelically, laughing maniacally.

Recall: Host spins Raanpage around, like a boomerang.

Upon death: Flies off into a random direction off the screen, whole his host convulses then becomes still.
