Poro, The Poro

First off, why aren't there more poro champion suggestions, I would love to see a poro champ in-game! I have no idea what his name and subtitle will be, and that's where you guys come in! I'll give you an example of what i want him to be below! he is little, so he has to have a high movement speed. I'm feeling that he would be a roaming midlaner or a ganking jungler because of the example Passive I've made. I'm thinking an Ionian poro, just because of how funny it will be to find this: (http://game.wall404.com/zed-league_of_legends-poro-champion-1920x1080) in a game! (This is all subject to change) Poro has an energy bar, like the other ninjas.

(P) Poro's Agility

When moving towards a champion on either team that has any type cc on them, Poro gains a percentile movement speed buff based on his level.

The reason behind this skill is to make the Poro an expert chaser and escaper to make up for his squishy health. Since he will probably be an assassin or fighter, he will need to do major damage to one target and escape.

(Q) Substitute Doll

Poro lays a magic doll that attacks nearby enemies for (doesnt do much base damage, damage scales with AD) This doll has (scales with AD) Health. When this doll is destroyed, it explodes for (scales with AD) and the cooldown of this ability is increased by 4 seconds.

Those are my idea's for the Poro, I have many more but, I'm curious to see what the community will create!
