Well, why doesn't he have a CARthus skin? Where he's like, you know, a car?

When his mobie's kick in out of combat his tyres could screech, and his Q could be like a bit of engine oil or something. His wall could be a finish line or something. I don't know. I'm a dream maker, not a realiser. A thought leader you might say.
