So think about this...you could put any picture as your profile picture. or you could make a custom one if riot would love to put that in to the game like construct your own icon from the starting summoner icons. [sg-jinx] It would be such a cool concept. like i dont think that it would be such a hard thing to put it into the game.
That would be cool, but that won't happen because icons are on of the things Riot uses to lure people into spending money. "play this event, get this limit time icon, buy this skin pack, its the only way to get such and such icon." etc
That'd be cool, but it'd also just be millions of dicks, then people putting up posts about how it's "totally not a dick!" and people somehow supporting that post despite the fact that it's so clearly a dick it might as well be a crystal dildo.
