So I was thinking about Wukongs lore and I realised that there would be other monkey people out there :D. so heres pretty much a teen version of Wukong sorry about the name. First Im going to look at his abilities because some people don't read the lore.

Passive: vines of the jungle (tarzan is real) wile in the jungle and out of combat Wugàng gains movement speed by swinging on vines. the movement speed increases depending on his level wile this passive is active he is able to swing over walls. Wugàng also gains attack speed wile in the jungle. When his passive is activated he uses 40 mana. Mana: When his passive is activated he uses 40 mana rather than overtime because i dint want people to not want to go into the Jungle because it uses mana. Cool down: After you have been in combat this ability goes on a 16 sec cool down because I don't want you not be able to play him

Q: Cartwheel (gymnastics bro) Wugàng cartwheels in a direction if you cartwheel onto a enemy your cartwheel gets extended (you go further) and you do damage to the enemy hit. You cannot cartwheel over 2 enemies. This is like the first activation of Ekko's E. if you cartwheel onto a wall or of your E you will activate backflip Mana: cartwheel costs 30 mana Scaling: this scales with 55% of AD because you use this ability all the time I don't want to overpower it. Cool down: this ability is on a 3 sec cool down and can charge up to 4 times because I wanted to make him very mobile.

Q: Backflip (BACKFLIP! BACKFLIP! BACKFLIP!) Wugàng backflips in a target direction knocking up anyone hit kind of like Gnars rage form E. Mana: backflip costs 50 mana Scaling: Backflip scales with 70 Ad Cool down: backflip has a 3 sec cool down

W: Slash (cut the grass ) Wugàng jumps into the air and dose physical damage+ bonus magic damage in a cone Mana: Slash costs 60 Scaling: I felt like this should be his main damage so I made it scale with 75% of splinters AD Cool down: 7 sec since this would be really good with his clear

E: Zip line (weeeeeeeeeee) Wugàng creates a zip line in between 2 walls that he can glide on zip you can jump of a zip line by using your Q zipline only stay on the map for 2 minutes Mana: Zip line costs 75 mana Cool Down: 14 sec since you can zip line along way along way and stays on the map

R: Wugàng backflips but on hitting the ground he creates a circle around him that contracts and will pull enemies in. Mana: 110 Cool down: 120 sec

Splinter would be a high damage high mobility CC busier like riven

LORE Gànng was a young monkey when he was separated from his family and locked in a cage by smugglers who were going to skin him. Wukong found him chained up and freed him and started to train him in the arts of the Wuju. Wukong taught him everything he learnt from Master yi and named him Wugàng. And eventually he granted him a magical sickle crafted by doran. Now the two explore Ionia side by side helping anyone who falls into the clutches of evil.

Dey there!! :D Since you were so nice to comment on my concept (Jorah), I figured I'd check out what you've been posting on the boards. And low and behold, I found this little gem ^^ I figured I'd give your idea a review :)

First of all, YESSS!! I love anthropomorphic animals!!! I like the idea of another monkey-esc champion in the game, especially now with the new lore surrounding the Vestaya. The thing with making "another" of a certain theme/mechanic, is that you have to make it a champion in its own right AND make the lore fit into the world of Valoran. As of now (even though you haven't written THAT much lore on him yet) I see too little that sets him apart from Wukong (especially the name...Sorry man, but its too similar). I like the "imprisoned by smugglers" idea for his origin, but maybe have him escape on his own volition, maybe gaining some skills on his own. He could become a famous burglar in Bilge-water for all we know (cus of the smugglers, I figured he could have escaped there)!! Give him his own story, his own theme, his own style and his own character!! :D

As for his kit, I feel like there is very little cohesion between his theme, his kit and his lore...Although I do feel like you have a good idea going on for him in the acrobatic monkey field. I absolutely ADORE the passive. It's VERY unique and fits well with his character!!! I'd like to know more about it though...Like can he swing over walls any time or only mid swing? Maybe you could make it so that vines periodically appear in the jungle for him to swing on, allowing him to swing from one vine to another. That would be a very interesting mechanic. You could also fuse that idea with his E ability, since I feel like that ability needs something else...it just sounds a bit strange and ultimately un-useful to me, since he already has that passive...

The Q, W and R seem like good idea's. It's very clear what you planned for them to do; Go in with Q, use R to keep them close and W to do some damage...But what then? His W is just plain damage, which doesn't really resonate with the more assassin-esc playstyle you are suggesting with this combo (if that was your intention at all). Maybe give it another effect, like execute damage or something more interesting. I also feel like his Q could use some form of CC in the cartwheeling part. Maybe a slow?

Anyway, I do see some promise here as a champion concept :D I hope my feedback turns out to be helpful to you and I hope to see more of your work ^^
