galio buff

the point of galio is to counter ap champs then why doesnt he do that at all? he is better off fighting luc then any ap champ in the roster and he has a 48% chance of winning vs the luc. at least buff him toward the people he is suppose to counter. reward galios for playing good some ideas

1. when his ap shield breaks make it do aoe dmg this way a good ap user has a chance of popping it without getting hurt.

2. when taunting 2 or more people give him a buff could be to mr, hp ad, or even make the 2 people he taunted to auto each other 1 time

3. you can turn justice punch into a push knock up but if you hit a wall enemy or an allied champion you dont knock him up when enemy is being pushed. this turns a ez skill shot to a ez to mess up skill shot with a good reward
