RP Art Skins?

I know this sounds like a joke, but I'm being 1000% serious when I say I believe that Riot should make skins inspired by the (awfully) beautiful drawings by players all over the globe. I understand It's not much to go off of and many other problems, but I believe many people, such as myself, will actually buy these. It will bring some more happiness, and joy to a game of league. I mean who could get mad at derp Nasus with 22 stacks at 20 mins? I sure can't. If any Riot employees actually do read this, i would love if you could tell me if this is ever close to possible. Tank you all and please share your opinions.
