@Riot Does the Aatrox rework make him ineligible for the Victories skin this year?

I dont see why it would. Its june. This rework was probably done in early-mid may ans then just fine tuned. That would give them more than enough time to have the skin done by november.

I honestly don't think that it would be Aatrox either way judging by his play rate no offence but it would be cool for him to have it.
