Snow Day Sion, please!
Snow days are some of the most enjoyable events in a person's life - at least, until they become an adult. Snowball fights, snow forts, sledding - there are tons of exciting activities to take part in when the world turns into a giant Winter Wonderland. And then there's the shoveling. Sidewalks, driveways, streets - it all needs to be shoveled and kept clear of snow, and somebody has to do it.
Someone big. Someone strong. Someone... undead?

While the rest of the champions are out having fun and pelting each other with snow, Sion wages a relentless war against the snow drifts - his undying mission to keep the streets clear driving him onward! Bundled up in a thick, warm coat and pants, with big snow boots, Snow Day Sion wields his mighty snow shovel to defeat his icy foe!
His basic abilities would be mostly unchanged - just some recolors to give them a more snowy feel. The main changes that I can think of coming with this skin would be some blizzard-type effects around his passive, changing his shield explosion to look like a snowball exploding (powdery snow blowing out from it), and, most importantly, his ult. Rather than his normal ult animation, Snow Day Sion would place his snow shovel to the ground and charge forward, as though he were plowing furiously through the snow, with snow blowing out around him - kind of like a big snow plow:
