Furcifer, the Tainted Hunter A young Zaun civillian kidnapped to be tested on new chemicals, ending up as an enraged and empowered psychopath and being locked away alone for years until breaking out in seek for those who put the taint on him in the first place. Has hatred for any living life form and seeks to kill anything that breathes in his direction.

Abilities
1st Passive - The Taint: Furcifer will gain potence upon use of abilities or basic attacks, which when maxed out will stun Furcifer as he recharges, removing 100 potence from the resource bar. This passive can be levelled into, allowing Furcifer to max at level 20. (50% of normal bonus level gold is given, 1 ability point is given automatically, Basic attacks = 10 potence) Stun time - 3/2/1 2nd Passive - Enervation: Furcifer has a 6-stack bar of fatigue points that will fill up by 1 every time a basic attack is used. Once the bars are full, Furcifer will swap to either his plasma pistol or corrosion gauntlets based on what the previous attack type was. Once at the 6th stack, Furcifer can use either his pistol or gauntlets that will deal bonus crit damage based on range which the attack is fired from.
Q - Abjure: Furcifer will roll backwards and apply an aiming stance where a plasma ray will fire out forward after a short delay of time (towards mouse cursor) dealing physical damage and ignoring potence increase if the ability hits an enemy target. If an enemy is hit by a plasma ray, they will be given a stack of 'Recognition', if this stack reaches 3, they will be marked with 'Tainted Bounty'. W - Torque Slam: Furcifer will jump to a target location and slam down in that area, dealing physical damage to all enemies in the area and stunning the closest enemy to the centre of the target zone, if no enemies are hit, the potence increase is multiplied by 2. Jump range - 800 Cooldown - 16/14/12 Potence increase - 60/55/50/45/40
E - Deja Vu: Furcifer throws a tomahawk on a 3 second charge time which sticks into an enemy target for 6 seconds, causing physical damage and having a bleed effect on the target. Furcifer can pull the tomahawk from the enemy target and recast the ability, if the same enemy is hit it will deal bonus crit damage and clear 20% of Furcifer's max potence. Furcifer can pull the tomahawk out twice before it renders unuseable, if the same enemy target is hit on the 3rd cast, 'Tainted Bounty' will be applied and Furcifer's cooldown for Deja Vu will be reset. Range - 1100 Cooldown - 10/9/8/7/6 Potence Increase - 55/45/35
R - The Lagniappe: Passive - Recognise the Victim: Furcifer applies a stack of 'Recognition' on both Abjure and Deja Vu under conditions of the abilities use. Once 3 stacks of 'Recognition' are given from abilities, the enemy champion is rendered as having the 'Tainted Bounty' which remains on the target until death and can be applied on up to 3 enemy champions at one given time. 'Recognition' resets upon death, recall or after 120 seconds of no recognition stacks being added. Ability - Fusillade: Furcifer targets enemies with 'Tainted Bounty' for execution, where they will be rooted for 3 seconds and fired at, dealing physical damage and re-applying 'Tainted Bounty' to enemies who are not slain. If all enemies are slain, the ability cooldown will be reset by 50% and Furcifer gains a 30% movement speed buff for 5 seconds, any potence is cleared and all enemy units are feared for 1.5 seconds. Cast Range - 700 Cooldown - 200/160/120 Potence Increase - 150/130/110
