Sweetie Jinx should be a thing

To be fully honest, I have no idea who drew this, I saw it on google images but it actually is really cool and I'd buy it.

Jinx is my favorite champion but I wont spend money on any of the skins because I find the classic so much better than mafia AND firecracker, but this is actually really well done and I'd LOVE to have it. Or even something similar would be really cool. What do you guys think?
