About the new Keystones

It's my first time writing on this forum :) So, aw we know, Rune pages are changing bringing new ones. I wanna suggest some idea:

Keystones:

> Bleed Your basic attacks build stacks of anger, upon reaching 100 your next basic attack will make the target bleed for (100%*Total AD)+ 1% missing health for 2

Think of it like a static shiv with a bleeding effect >Dragon Skin When 3+ enemies are nearby, upon been CCed, all damage will be decreased for 2%*Enemies nearby

Pretty sweet for tanks

>Thorns of the void Being auto attacked build up a stack of Voidrush for 6 secs. Reaching 5 stacks , sent a bolt of void energy back to the attacker dealing (4 + 2*LvL)% to him.

Lanes bullies getting punished :) >Burning Hell Being in combat , creates a field (500 units) around u burning nearby enemies. Each sec your in combat your ar dealing 0.2% of MaxHP as magic damage stacking up to 1% in 5 seconds If you attack an enemy, magic damage becomes true damage for him
