SKILLS
Passive 1 - "Cowardly Expedition" : Triar gains 5% more movement speed for each champion standing in a certain radius of him. Passive 2 - "Static Infusion" : Triar infused his hands with electrifying nodes making every second auto attack do bonus magic damage equal to 10%/20%/30% of his ability power.
Q - "Electrifying Javelin" : Triar sends out a piercing spear that stuns the first hit target for 1 second. The more champions hit by the linear skillshot the more temporary and decaying Armor and Magic Resistance he gains for the next 4 seconds. Each champion hit gives him 3% more of the defensive stats

W - "Excess Energy Passive" : Triar generates 10 excess energy from every time his second passive is proc'd. The energy is stored until reaching 100. His next auto attack at that point will deal 50 true damage that chains to nearby enemies and minions as an arch of electricity. After reaching 50 or more energy he can activate the active skill.
_W - "Excess Aegis" _ : Triar activates this skill after reaching or being above 50 energy. He gains a shield that stuns enemies who auto attack him, and spells that hit the shield are absorbed. After 5 seconds of being active the shield pops dealing splash damage in a 500 circular range around Triar. The damage is equal to 100% of his AP and the absorbed damage is also dealt but reduced by 70%.
Mana Cost - 75/70/65/60/50 Cooldown - 15 seconds
E - "Sonic Battlecry" : Triar lets out a deafening battlecry that reduces the attack speed and attack damage of nearby enemies in a 1200 circular range around Triar. All allies on the map however gain an instant attack speed, and attack damage buff.

R - "Galvanic Overload" : Triar knocks up all enemy champions and minions in 1200 radius range and instantly he deals massive AP damage equivalent to 50% of the target's magic resistance and ability power. When the victims land they are slowed for the next 4 seconds and minions are stunned for 3 seconds.
I'M TOO LAZY TO DO THE STATS, SORRY! BUT HE HAS HIGH BASE MOVEMENT SPEED, HEALTH AND MANA REGEN!
