Tengen - The Gunman of Vigilance
Tengen was an oc where I thought that there were some missing mechanics from the whole champion roster. While some of the conceptions were already made, I felt the style of the character also was necessary to somewhat match his kit and such and such. So without further distraction, I'll get straight to talking about it.
Tengen, as you can guess, would be a marksman type champion who, well, is a vigilante. The idea was to mix some old western styles with some modern concepts. Basically a Vash the Stampede kind of character. (Trigun)
Lore: "'Swords can cut souls, but bullets can pierce minds' he said to me before disappearing." The Noxian soldier walked through the markets of Shurima while talking to his native guide. Suddenly, two loud shots rang through the air, and the guide was sent running after his companion who had chased the scene. Despite the chaos that the merchants had created from the initial noise, the guide still managed to catch up. There, the most wanted outlaw of all Runeterra stood, his gun shining, poised along with the owner. Two people had been shot, one was lying face down in death, the other was the Noxian soldier; he bared four wounds where bullets pierced his armor to paralyze his movement. The guide rushed to aide his client, but was stopped short as an unusual sandstorm enveloped him and only a certain area around him. The vigilante reloaded two rounds into his magnum revolver; two more shots fired off, the guide could see the result of the first round being fired as he could see a vague figure being set ablaze through the storm. The second round caused a loud bang as an explosion escaped the area of impact, the round causing a distraction for Tengen to escape once again...
Spells: Passive: The Necessary Tool with Sleight of Hand Tengen uses a magnum revolver that carries only 6 rounds that deal 150% of the damage that his ordinary auto-attack would deal before he has to reload again. Each round ignores 5/7.5/10/12.5% of the target's armor. Tengen's reload speed starts out as 2.5 seconds, but can be reduced with attack speed. Spell 1: Tendon Wounds Cost - 4 rounds Cooldown - 12/11/10/9/8 Range/Target: (auto-attack range)/1 select unit Cast time: 1.5 seconds Tengen is poised in a quickdraw stance and then rapidly pulls the trigger and pulls down the hammer of his gun to shoot accurately at the tendons or weak spots of his target, reducing the attack speed by 50% and slowing the unit by 50/65/80/95/99% for 1.5 seconds Spell 2: Incendiary Rounds Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Range/Target: none/self Cast time: (reload speed) Tengen will empty out the ammunition currently in his gun to reload his gun with special incendiary rounds. These rounds will light their targets on fire and burn them for 60/75/90/105/120 (+60/65/70/75/75% of AD) physical damage over 2 seconds. Spell 3: Terrace Manipulation Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Range/Target: 1200 unit radius/400 unit diameter Cast time: 2 seconds Tengen will throw out a terrain bomb that will detonate after a 2 second delay and cause an anomaly of a sandstorm which surrounds the area dealing 75/90/105/120/135 (+15% of AD) magic damage and limits any targets' within the area vision to 50 units past the small storm. The storm lasts for 2.5 seconds. Additionally, any targets within the storm are slowed by 50%. Ultimate: Hectic Bullets Cost: 120 at all ranks Cooldown:
(I will be resuming work on this as it goes on. If commenter is serious, I will take advice on nerf ideas or buffs or just changes in general to make to the kit. I have alternate spells ready in the back of my head to use if the spells seem unfit for the character.)
