Passive: Queen of Hearts
Val's abilities and basic attacks create stacks on enemy champs. You know how many stacks you have by the aura around you. 1-3 stacks is a light pink, 4-6 is darker pink with hints of red, 7-10 stacks are a dark red aura. Whenever Val kills an enemy, the stacks explode dealing area damage and healing her for 15/20/25% of the damage they deal.
This has an 18 seconds cd (cd items can reduce this amount)
Stacks only disappear if someone has killed the enemy champ (Val doesn't receive healing if she does not kill the enemy). However, once stacks reach 10, they begin to disappear 5 seconds after Val made that 10th stack.
Q: Love Binds
Val marks an area with a glyph (visual of a heart) which explodes after 1.5 seconds to root all enemies who stood on it. This deals x damage and binds for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.
Stacks: This gives 1 stack of Queen of Hearts, 2 once fully leveled.
Mana: 50/60/70/80/90 Cooldown: 10 seconds
W: Wicked Hearts
Passive: Val passively gains more damage for each enemy champ that is around her.

Active: Val creates a burning enchantment on the ground she selects. Once placed, Val may explode the hex or allow it burn the enemy champ. It burns for x% of the targets missing health. The more missing health, the more the hex burns. The hex lasts 3 seconds and fades once done, or may be exploded before it fades or as it fades. The explosion deals x damage.
Stacks: This grants 2 stacks of Queen of Hearts, 3 stacks once fully leveled.
Mana: 60/80/100/120/140
E: Heart Attack
Val charges up an enchantment to fire in a targeted direction. Enemies hit with this ability deal 1/2/3/4/5% less towards Val and receive a minor slow (5%).
Stacks: Enemies receive 3 stacks of Queen of Hearts, 4 once fully leveled.
R: Valentine's Field
Val creates a large field that she has massive control in. Three visible heart glyphs are shown in the field. These glyphs give Val the ability to teleport between them. Every time she teleport she unleashes a bolt that deals x damage, but she also deals less damage every time she teleports. She can teleport has many times as she would like inside the field. Enemies are allowed to leave this field. However, leaving the field results in an instant 7 stacks of Queen of Hearts. If the enemy remains inside the field, they are given 5 stacks instead.
Valentina is allowed to walk freely in the field. She gains extra AP and Armor and MR while inside the field. The field disappears early if Valentina is knocked out of the field or killed.
