upgrade for the new champion select

I thought maybe because the new champ select is like team builder, you can do that the top will be first pick, jungle 2nd, mid 3rd, adc 4th, supp 5th (like in the LCS) because that will be great insted of fixing the lanes in the TAB menu in the begining of every game.
