Illaoi skin idea

Illaoi is one of my favorite Top laners and as a result i think she should have another skin besides void bringer and thus I designed one.

Name: Head Warden Illaoi

Abilities:

Prophet of the Elder God: The tentacles that spawn with be basic chains that extend from the ground upward.

Tentacle Smash: This Ability will feature a larger mass of prison chains/ cuffs that slam into the enemy champions

Harsh Lesson: The base design of the mantle will be a Basic Ball and chain. The ball itself will be held by illaoi however it will also be attached to her via a chain. The ball itself with also have traditional Green Glowing Illaoi tattoos on it.

Test of spirit: The ability would feature a Shoge Hook (a chain with a hook at the end) which would be used to pull the enemy souls from their bodies. The souls themselves will wear prison uniforms whenever they are pulled from the enemy champ.

Leap of faith: Multiple chains that are identical to the chains from the prophet of the Elder God will spawn and her ult will proceed as normal.

**Recall/ back Animation: **Two ideas for this one. 1. A small time clock appears before illaoi and she clocks out at the end of her recall (she leaves the battle for the moment so she's clocking out) 2. A prison sell will appear below illaoi and illaoi will take a key out and unlock the cell at the end of the backing animation she will enter the cell and return to fountain.

**Base look: **Illaoi will be wearing a tan/ black prison uniform, a tie and on her collar she is wearing two pins, one being the League of legends insignia the other being the insignia for Bilgewater. (maybe a hat also)
