Training / Practice 5v5

Apparently this can't be posted in Gameplay even though the Maps / Modes forum no longer exists. I'm a little amazed that mods delete posts rather than move them as well, but anyway...

When trying out new champions, I always take them through a few bot games to get used to the mechanics. Bots, however, may as well be wood tier players. They do nothing to help you with playing against real people.

Once I've done my few bot games, I get completely wrecked in an actual 5v5 match. When you're being placed with players of the same skill level as you on a champion you main, that's great... When you try something new, however, a lot of the time you get punished hard, and the rest of your team suffers for it.

I don't want a Sandbox mode. I'm just thinking about a normal 5v5 blind pick with the simple caveat that you need to have less than 5 or 10 games played on that champion for it to be available to you.

Just curious on thoughts about this. Too many resources? Too much trolling?
