Svedra - The Graceful Blade (Champion concept)

I don't like putting too much numbers in these things, because they are subject to change and cause too much arguements about the exact numbers. So Riot hasn't made an adc that doesn't rely on mana. There are probably a few reasons

  • Manaless champs harass without worrying about their spells (zed, yasuo)

  • With a little cdr, they become too oppressive (riven, renekton)

So i wanted to see if we can try to make a manaless adc.

Svedra - The Graceful Blade

*Passive- Focused Power ** Svedra's secondary bar is Focus. At 100% focus, her spells and attacks do extra damage and effectiviness (only for strength, not duration), but the less focus she has, it goes down (to a cap). (I imagine something like 100% focus=125% dmg and going down at 25% tiers or something like that). Focus regen increases with attack speed. Can't regen Focus when attacking. *Meaning stronger slow/root/ad debuff, but not longer

Q- debilitating Shot Svedra throws a poisoned dagger in a direction. The dagger can pass through one minion, stopping at the first champion it hits. (Killing the minion doesn't count as passing through) The champion hit has their movement slightly slowed, and their attack damage lowered for a few seconds.

This ability can be used to set up trades and ganks, but can't you need good positioning to use it, as minions can block.

**W- Agile Predator ** Svedra leaps at a target structure, wall, or tree, hanging on, elevated. When hanging, she can only be the target of projectile attacks. Also, she can attack one time from her height, with greater range, where she will need to jump off in a direction. Not attacking while perched drains focus quickly, and at 0 focus, she will drop automatically.

This is her chase pr escape skill, allowing her to cover a large distance. But holding on for too long will leave you weak and vulnerable.

E- Pin Down Passive- Hitting an enemy who has their movement impaired puts Svedra into a focused frenzy for a few seconds, getting an attack speed boost Consecutive attacks will refresh the timer.

Active- Svedra throws 2 spiked balls at her opponents feet ( in a small cone). Champions hit by the balls are rooted and take damage. Champions who walk over them take less damage, and have their speed lowered to their base speed (champion base) for one second. At less than 50% focus, this spell can't root, and only gets the speed debuff

R- Clarity and Grace Passive- Not taking damage for x seconds puts Svedra in a focused state. In this state, she regens focus twice as fast, and regens while attacking at her regular rate.

Active- Svedra's next 3/4/5 attacks attack x times each, with each doing reduced damage (60/65/70%?) and procing on hit effects. [Also, she is immune to as slows for the duration of this skill (not sure if this is overkill)]

Brief lore Svedra is a student of the Noxian military academy, guided by Katarina . While she couldn't get herself in and out as quickly as her teacher, she did excel in precision and movement. With her strengths, she chose throwing daggers as her main weapon, striking from a distance. She feels slightly awed by Katarina 's prowess and hopes to be respected as much as her.

tht ulti sounds kinda like a generic buff... how about something like halo/cod's holograms that runs in a straight line (like a skill shot) , and whenever the enemy attacks the hologram, u gain focus (and sight on the enemy)...and possibly a dps buff this ulti sounds more rogue-like

OoOooOO yea... how about an ability to feign death and make the enemy think they've killed u (while granting u a .7 sec immunity to dps... (this ability will display a fake kill message that will crumble like .7 secs later
